They are incompetent and not able to make a pizza proper. I have had 3 different orders with missing toppings. When it happened last time I called and they insured me I was going to a full refund on my order. I noticed today that I still have not received my refund so I called and spoke with the manager. She is very rude and told me that they can’t give me a refund even though they told me they were going to. I would not recommend going to this place unless you want shitty pizza and treated like shit.

Came here with my family for lunch and the lady was blah no personality we spent $80 for 4 adult lunch buffets, and one kid’s buffet. There was no Cheese Pizza for my younger autistic son. And then only1 half a pepperoni, and half combination, another’s type of combination. When asked if more Pizza could be put out for the buffet. No, that was plenty for my family. Umm what absolutely not. We will not return. No pizza was ready for their buffet and it was 12:30. The women was rude and unhelpful.

My husband and I went there tonight, he ordered a salad bar and I ordered garlic chicken wings. He got his salad and while I was waiting for my chicken wings I took a few bites of his salad. Not even a lot either, literally just 2 different bites. When she brought me my wings she said “the salad bar is for one person only” I said “it is only one person’s salad” she said “I been watching you” and I said”so, I can have a bite of my husband’s salad, it’s not like we’re talking numerous trips to the salad bar” she then rolled her eyes and walked off. I can’t believe it. My husband and I have all our parties there for the last 5 years, we won’t go there ever again.

Mountain Mike’s pizza never fails to disappoint, and I’ve never had a problem with my order here either. The pizza is a bit on the pricey side but it’s good and that’s what matters. The inside is clean and pretty spacious. Plenty of seating for large groups and gatherings, a few big screen tvs to watch the games. Salad bar is nicely stocked with all the fixings you can ask for. They have a couple beers on tap, nothing fancy. Nice place to sit and eat, carry out and delivery is an option in the area, just expect deliveries to take about an hour or so. Staff is friendly. Open until 10pm on the weekdays.

As always, I wait quite a while before posting reviews until I have a solid idea of my rating. Today, was no exception to the brilliance of Mountain Mike’s. My go to is the Snowy Alps and they crushed it!!! On time. Hot. And perfectly proportioned. Again, I have eaten here many times and simply put, the get it! Not sure about other locations but this one is well run.

Workers were very rude. Me and my granddaughter paid $34 for lunch buffet so we were customers. They did not allow my granddaughter to use the restroom because they thought we weren’t customers we had to eat a piece of pizza infront of them to let us go. I do not recommend this location 6745 Watt avenue the workers were very rude

Please don’t let the 3.9 star reviews keep you away. Under new ownership as of April 2025! The customer service was amazing. I didn’t go for the salad bar but I did go check it out while waiting for our pizza and it looked great. We ordered a large combo and a small order of the Not-Knots. After a short wait, we were served a great meal. I don’t want to sound like a paid reviewer. I’m not…but that was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. And those Not-Knots… I asked for the spicy ones and there were jalapeños in every fold of those things. Amazing! With Pepsi products and beer on tap, you won’t go thirsty either.
I didn’t catch the owners name, but she was very kind and willing to make us feel right at home at her pizza place. Check it out, you will not walk away wanting to write a bad review.

Update, Owner called and apologized for their worker and told me the place is under new ownership and wanted to make it up to me. Very sincere so I appreciate you. Mistakes happen. I remember when mountain Mike’s pizza were full of toppings of meat when ordering an all meat pizza. Now, for a higher price. We see less toppings! A Large All meat was almost $40 USD! Mostly cheese. I’M done ordered from MM. This is like the 8th time ive been let down. Only good pizza place left is OLD TOWN PIZZA.
