Read the reviews. Go somewhere else. This place is truly that bad. I’m new to the area & decided & didn’t want to cook dinner. Bad decision. Nobody in here except for man in line in front of me. He was served and she (the server) also rang him up. Then she walks away and talks to all the other unoccupied employees . Then she asks me “what shoe want?” without making eye contact. Just good I’m a vegetarian because the meat sections looked dried up & empty. Eye roll when I wanted more than half a spoon of veggies. Deep sigh when I asked if there was more corn. Bin was virtually empty. Did I want a receipt? Yes. She fidgeted with the register and said “it” didn’t go through. I thought she meant the receipt and decided to leave. She starts saying louder it didn’t go though. She gives me you must be REALLY stupid look. THE CARD!!! I run the card through and remove it. She’s already gone and I got no receipt.
The food was stone cold by the time I got home a few minutes later.
No I will not be back. I’m sharing my experience with corporate. This place needs a decent manager and better employees

I literally love chipotle and the fact that I have to give it a bad review is horrible but this isn’t the first time we have had issues with this location.
The other night we ordered delivery and the driver came quick and left it where we said. No issues there. The issue was when I went to grab it, it was leaking from the bottom. I opened the bowls and they were missing veggies, guacamole, protein and weren’t even full at all. It was a mess. And this is not the only incident of missing what we ordered when we get it delivered. This time was the last straw and I contacted customer service on the App and they only refunded us $17 out of the $45 we spent…so they aren’t any better.
When we go inside the location the tables are always dirty. The drink station always sticky and the employees, the few they have all

We also have used the order and drive up pick up option and we waited in the drive up window for at-least 15 min and no one came to the window. I got out walked inside and saw 2 employees by the register and no line. You would think one of the employees by the register would be checking the drive up window but that was not the case. I told them we were waiting for a while and they apologized and gave me my order but when I checked it was missing the guacamole and chips on the side and our drinks so I had to go back in for them. The fact that they don’t check all their order window is disappointing. This location needs a major management change and needs to buckle down. I’ve worked fast food places so I understand it’s tough but still having these experiences every time is so disappointing.
Looks like we are just gonna go to my fav taco truck or Moe’s. Even Taco Bell would be better at this point jeez.

I recently visited Chipotle and was utterly appalled by the state of the restaurant. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting at the door, which set a negative tone for my experience. The old, dried-up meat and vegetables displayed in the hot pans were unappetizing, and the low pans made it all the more unappealing. It was hard to believe anyone would want to eat that.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was another major issue. Not a single clean table was in sight—just sticky surfaces and crumbs everywhere. There were only a few customers dining in, and I noticed one four-seat table occupied by what I assumed was the manager, who seemed completely oblivious to the state of the place. I felt that the manager should have at least been wiping down tables or cleaning something to improve the dining environment.
As for the food quality, it was mediocre at best, and certainly not up to the standards of the Chipotle on SR 200, which I have always found to be much better in both quality and quantity. To top it all off, the trash can by the door was leaking an unknown liquid onto the floor, creating a disgusting hazard. The drink station was sticky and grimy, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority.
The “manager” appeared more interested in their cell phone than in ensuring the restaurant was running smoothly or addressing any of these issues. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this location until they improve their standards. Not impressed at all.

This location is the worst chipotle. Went there again after a few months because I was in the area. The rice had a few pieces of cilantro, no lime, and no salt. It was tasteless. Gave me a teaspoon of guacamole which is an extra charge. 2pm in the afternoon and they were out of chicken pastore. Go to the location in brownwood and skip this one!

This location is always the worst one I think I’ve ever been to. They are always out of vinaigrette. It’s always dirty and the workers act like they would rather be on Mars. I went in there the other night two hours before closing. They had no steak and no chicken and it was filthy and they had no brown rice.

i usually have a great time with chipotle because there food is good and fresh, i made a stop at my local chipotle and i asked for a bowl with rice, the lady that took my order seemed new so i can’t be mad at her, when i asked for rice she barley put a scoop in there, so i obviously asked for more and then i asked for cheese, and she didn’t have anything left inside of the container except for two unshred BLOCKS of cheese. and the girl literally put it in there. when i checked out she had the audacity to tell the other girl at the register that i got extra rice and extra cheese.. after i left i took a bite of my food in the car and i literally could not eat it because the rice was so hard. as if it was left out for hours. this chipotle needs to do better. because this restaurant would 100% get a food violation if they came. do not go to this chipotle if you are craving good fresh food.

1 star is too many. Don’t order on the app for pick up. I’ve done this twice now and figured the first time was an outlier – but no – it seems if you order a bowl on the app and don’t watch them make it, they fill the bowl to the top with rice and sprinkle a few ingredients on top.i even left a $3 tip – so $17 later I got a bowl of rice with sour cream and some quac. Gross! Where’s the beef and beans??? I ate as much as I could find and the bowl is still full – of rice!

This location seems like they’re struggling to meet some standards though. My biggest issue is that every time I get food at this location, the rice isn’t cooked right. Every visit seems like the rice is hard, sometimes even to the point where it’s crunchy.
The seating areas are almost always dirty, leaving me no option but to eat (just the protein and toppings, and waste the “al dente” rice) in my car.
Please, just leave the rice in for a couple more minutes.

The tables are never clean. The garbage is always full. The soda machine tray is full of ice. The employees are dirty looking and unkept. Not to mention the foul language behind the counter. When you mobile order it’s not ready when you get there. Other locations are much better than this one.
