I just left 20 minutes ago. I ordered two 2 pcs combos all white meat. I expected a breast and wing, and you see what I got. Who eats 2 breast in one sitting. The time before the cashier had me pull over to wait for my order, then left the store. Horrible and I’m upset with this.

Let me tell you the same thing everyone else seems to be saying in their reviews! This place is terrible! Let’s start with making the order in the drive through after waiting forever with a line that was backed up to the road. The person taking the orders could not understand simple English. I spoke clearly and loud enough that if she wasn’t thinking about her next break or meeting up with Davarius later on when she got off of work, my order would have been taken quickly and the food would have been ready when we pulled up to the window. However, the Manager who was able to understand English was able to take my order. Thank goodness for someone who can communicate effectively. Now, we finally got our food. This is supposedly to be fast food after all… the chicken sandwiches we ordered were cold and so were the fries. What is so hard about providing fast service and being able to communicate? My advice is for this location to shut down until they can hire a staff of people who can speak English and serve hot food quickly. I do not recommend this location and will not visit it ever again! I could go on and on about how terrible the staff were, but you should get the picture from what I have told you here. The wait time was for the drive through.

Did a mobile order for a $6 chicken box for the person at the speaker to tell me that they were completely out of sides. She didn’t offer me anything else in replacement so I just took my chicken, biscuit, and I also ordered an extra biscuit on the side. Opened the box to see no extra biscuit and the same thing happened to me and my friend the day before at the same location. I politely asked for my extra biscuit but when she got it she touched it with her bare hands and no gloves. Needs to say never coming back.

Placed a mobile order in advance. Got to the location, doors are locked then waited in line for over 20 mins then was told they were waiting on my chicken and told to pull over to the side….only to wait another 20+ mins….service is slow and employees are rude! Only hope my order is correct….

Just a heads up if you choose to go to this one, got there, asked for two chicken sandwiches, was told that they only have one chicken patty left, okay that’s fine i’ll just get that one then, get home and this is what I opened up my sandwich to… as if things could get any worse I can’t even bite into or tear it it is so hard. Why even serve this?

45 Minute wait at a fast food place. On top of that they brought out half the food to get cold while we waited. Absolutely ridiculous I’ll be reporting it to the corporate office Monday. Even worse just opened the sandwich from the soggy cold sandwich drowned in half a tub of mayonnaise with pickles. Everything we requested it not to have. This location is a joke.
