This was the 1st time I was in the Concord restaurant. I was introduced to Wayback Burger at the Fremont location and brought my family there after. Wife and a employee function in Concord and passed by this location on the way to the hotel. Great flavors with food and shakes! We had chilli dogs at the Concord location and was very satisfied! Chocolate shake was on hit!
Service was friendly, approachable as well as professional. Even when we were leaving the staff asked how was the meal and the stay. As we were walking out the door staff said hope you find your “Wayback!” Very clever!

I came here for the first time today, and it was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the classic burger and got lettuce wrapped instead of a bun. The burger was very juicy and cooked well. I am very picky about my burgers and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff member was also very friendly, and when we told him there was no ice, he refilled it for us. Almost no wait as well!

I tried this place 4 years ago and had a horrible experience. But I gave it another shot today. Deeply disappointed again. Soda machine out of ice, employee came out with bags of ice which he began to break apart in front of us ON THE NASTY FLOOR before pouring it in the machine. I skipped the ice to avoid getting sick and had a literal hot soda.
Even though I ordered on-line, I still had to wait another 15 minutes once I got there. And they left out the dipping sauce.
The only thing these guys have going for them is a tasty burger.

First time here and I ordered the Cheeeesy Burger and added bacon. The burger was juicy and the inverted grilled bun was the crispy I was looking for. Hubby had the Wayback Box with burger and tater tots. He said a 2nd burger patty would make it the perfect meat to bun ratio but the burger was juicy and the meat was quality. For a last minute decision, we were quite happy!

First time trying this place. I got the Cajun Burger, spicy cheese curds, and a drink. The burger was tender, juicy, and tasty. The cheese curds were not really spicy but good. This place was a bit pricey but overall good. The staff was friendly too.

PERFECT! The food is amazing! The service is top notch! And the place is clean and very inviting. I love that they have a TV for sports and the large windows which brings in the natural lighting. But the burgers are the best part! They’re reasonably priced, especially for today, and they are so filling and tasty. I am so lucky this is within walking distance. I am definitely coming back!

Wayback Burger is the best burgers, onion rings/frys, and milkshakes that has me always coming back for more. I usually stick to the Classic burgers and every now and then I’ll have the Steakhouse burger. I tried all their awesome Shakes and Sundaes, as well. Customer service is excellent and friendly.

Wayback Burgers has become our go-to for burgers in the area. They are delicious and obviously made with fresh ingredients. I will admit that when Wayback first opened many years ago, we tried it twice and we were very disappointed with the wait time, customer service, and the food was so-so. We did not go back for a very long time. However, ownership changed a while back and everything has been amazing ever since. I wanted to mention this as a few other people I know had the same sentiment after going years ago. I informed those people that things had changed and after they’ve tried it again, they’ve all said it was excellent. I cant recommend it enough!
