We often get breakfast at the drive through. Food quality is consistent, and the service is great. Unlike other fast food places that glare at you and make you feel like they would rather be elsewhere, everyone at this BK location is friendly. Also, they’re open late so when we’re coming back from a late flight at the airport we know we can still stop there.

I was trying to find out what the specials were and the staff wanted to argue with me. The manager was very rude! The junior whoppers were so small and cold! They weren’t busy..the employee didn’t give me my receipt. I got home and was afraid she kept my Visa card but it was in my wallet. We won’t be back. Can’t believe they haven’t closed!! Put a Popeyes there!

Worst SERVICE EVER!! Hateful, rude manager on 12/8/25 at 1:30 pm. Absolutely the worst treatment ever. We were trying to use the app and she was ridiculously hateful saying she didn’t know anything about the app. She should be fired or given an attitude adjustment.

I honestly don’t know how this particular store stays in business. If you go inside you can be standing there, first in line, at the counter as you watch workers go back and forth and never get your order taken for 5 to 15 minutes.
I was also subjected to one of the workers loudly yelling at and cussing out the others for some reason. They then proceeded to go to all the doors and thrash and kicked them until they were able to be locked so that no more people could enter this store. I can’t say I’m ever going to go here again…. Honestly, it’s just not worth the stress of eating a Whopper. Ironically, this time the Whopper sandwich was made very well which I appreciated as I hunkered down in the booth. Hoping that I also would not get yelled at.

Drive thru wait time is 25minutes. The Franchise owner needs to step up and cattle prod the staff working there on Dec22nd2020@ 1600hrs…I think these 2 guys eat 1 whopper for every person they serve and they walk in slow motion and pls dont request them for anything…they show attitude. Anyways, got my beyond burger after 25 or so minutes. The mozzarella sticks were not even melted inside.But the burger was excellent. I come here often but this time I picked up the wrong shift. 1st time dissatisfied with the service.

Worst meal ever! We both felt sick after eating here. We had a whopper that was cold. And chicken sandwich that was soggy. Tried to complete the survey and the survey number was not legible, so I could not contact the parent company. Very disappointed. There was not enough Tums for this one. That sandwiches looked nothing like pictures.

No line in drive-thru I made to wait over 20 minutes to place an order. Once at the window to receive order still waited another 10 minutes for food. Received food and the onion rings were cold, I asked the personnel at the window which I do believe was the manager as well if they were going to be cooking anymore fresh onion rings and they flat out said no!
