I had order food from the location 6 piece combo. When i got home there was hair in my fries. I called and ask the employee what can we do, can they give me a refund or something. She goes and tells me she can’t do nothing unless i bring the food back. I have no problem bringing it back, but i live a hour away. I will NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS PLACE!!! Highly unsatisfied

I have yet to order wingstop and have a flawless experience. One time order 20 wings and got 10. And not even the lemon pepper I craved. Again ordered and received boneless wings when order online was classics….. tonight I got all the right wings…. No ranches as advertised and expected… the one thing that completes and complements the wings!

The food is also not sauced properly in the steel bowls or cooked to the appropriate time. The boneless wings are usually overcooked and hard to eat, and the sauce is just laid over the wings in the basket.
Every time I arrive staff are always playing on their phones uninterested in taking their job seriously. This consistently poor service on all fronts reflects horribly on the store manager, and district manager.

Great place for value wings! The mild flavors aren’t spicy enough for me, but more hotter flavors are great. We had a wrong flavor on a set of our wings but the Manager was gracious enough to remake our those and throw in some fries too! Definitely ordering again soon!

I feel really bad for the workers having to work in that tiny space with hot greasy air. I feel that’s is the cause of the extended wait times on delivery orders. Wingstop Corporate, do better. Increase your employees wages by $8+, hire more employees per shift, AND upgrade your facilities so the delivery drivers can get your wings to the customers in timely manner. Thnx

It’s absurd at this point to even offer requests and up charges. Ordered tonight, paid extra for extra seasoned well done fries. Received fries that weren’t even cooked all the way nor did they even have the regular amount of seasoning. The wings, that are usually saturated with dry seasonings barely had anything on them. It would be one thing if the subpar food was provided at fast food prices, but Wingstop is more expensive than a place like Sonic. Their food should at least be average for what we’re paying. Third time being disappointed, no more orders coming from me. Huntsville needs to contact Conroe and Willis for some training asap. They drop the ball every time.

Went in there waiting for food that was preordered and had to wait another almost 30 minutes before my food was given to me while I watched other customers that walked in after me get their food this happened for two days in a row on January 21st and January 22, this is unacceptable as well as the staff being very rude when I ask them repetitively how much longer things were going to take. To top it off, the wings were not very good at all

Please teach the members at the only Wingstop in Huntsville, Tx how to season wings!!!!! My wings are dry and the season is seasonless and I’m disappointed. The season fries taste so good but those wings, the wings are trash and dry. You can’t go nowhere in Huntsville to get good wings and this is disappointing!

Update: tried again today May 6, 2023. Service was great but the restaurant was disgusting. The restroom floor and toilet was nasty and so was the dining area. Whoever owns this one just doesn’t care. There was also a puddle of water with no wet floor sign.
Went a few days ago and it was horrible. The cashier Jenna was rude from the beginning. We waited 42 minutes for two small combos. I asked her how much longer and when she asked the cook (a woman I don’t know her name) the cook yelled at her and said she was only one person and I would get it when I got it. Yes they had some to go orders but these people were getting their food as soon as they walked in the door. The drink machine was almost completely out of everything and the trash was overflowing while the cashier walked around and talked to people. Whoever the franchise owner is definitely needs more training in his/her store.

Horrible service. Manager is very unprofessional. Ordered TWO COMBOS. drove 15 minutes home just for there to be no fries. I get to the restaurant and the manager acted as if he couldn’t care less. I should’ve known when the lady who was there before me said she got someone else’s order that mine would be wrong. Spending $30 for some food and it not be correct is very unsettling. All they have to do is READ.
