We were not impressed. The menu says 18% gratuity will be added to bills with 5+ guests. We were a party of 2 and still saw this included tip…I don’t believe our server did this on propose. I do believe this was a management decision to guarantee tips that have historically been crappy. Our server was busting her ass, and she did a great job. We wanted to tip her more because of her individual service, but upon looking at the bill, but decided not to.
Service in general was extremely slow. We ordered a beer tower (which was not very good at all – beer doesn’t need ice) and it took about 45 minutes to receive it. The food itself was nothing special either.
Again, our server did amazing. She was the only one who seemed to be working and doing a fantastic job at it. Though, other staff, including the hostess, looked bothered and was on her phone. Very unprofessional.
The music was also terrible. I’ve had korean BBQ, and this did not meet expectations.

I had an amazing experience dining at Fiyah. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The restaurant offers very reasonable prices, especially considering it’s all-you-can-eat with a wide variety of delicious food choices. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care.
Our waiter, Steve, made the experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Steve made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions with patience, and even took our pictures for us. He was very relatable, easy to connect with, and added a warm, personal touch to our visit.
Overall, Fiyah offers great value, great food, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

This was our second time at Fiyah, and unfortunately the experience was almost identical to our first visit.
The first time we came, service was extremely slow and the AYCE menu was missing many items. We were there for almost 3 hours, and for the price (around $36 at the time, with an even higher tier available), the food and service did not meet expectations. We gave it the benefit of the doubt since they had just opened and figured they needed time to work out the kinks.
We came back recently for a friend’s birthday, hoping things had improved, but it was the same experience. We spent about 2.5 hours there. Our server was friendly, but often disappeared for long stretches. Service overall felt very unorganized. At one point, it took over 30 minutes to get a grill change for two people after requesting it multiple times. There also seemed to be too many staff clearing a single table while other guests were waiting on food.
We noticed a lot of movement in and out of the kitchen, including staff standing around and even on their phones, while tables (including ours) waited a long time for meats. Other tables that arrived after us were served and checked out before we even received our orders.
On the positive side, the decor is nice, and they’ve lowered the AYCE dinner price to $30, which is an improvement. They’ve also added a crawfish boil, which looked good. However, the restaurant really needs better ventilation, especially for Korean BBQ. It was extremely smoky inside, and cracking the garage-style windows or doors would make a big difference.
Overall, Fiyah has potential and a nice atmosphere, but after two visits with the same issues, it’s hard to recommend until service flow, staff training, and kitchen timing improve.

Out of all the Korean BBQ spots I’ve been to, FIYAH Korean BBQ is easily the worst. I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ place that didn’t have banchan — yet somehow, they didn’t. The meat itself was subpar, lacking flavor and quality, and the service matched that same low standard.
It took 30 minutes just to get my lychee martini, only for them to tell me they didn’t even have lychee juice. Absolutely bizarre. To top it all off, they added gratuity for a two-person table, which felt completely unjustified given how poor the service was.
Overall, the whole experience was strange, careless, and left me questioning why this restaurant even exists. It doesn’t feel like it was opened by people who care about Korean BBQ or building a reputable dining experience — more like a place thrown together for all the wrong reasons. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Korean BBQ was good. What could have made it great was the brisket. They brought out hot pot beef. I wish it was seasoned in the traditional Korean BBQ marinade. Spicy pork was the best. Over all, I would come back and try the hotpot and the seafood boil that I missed from the old place

Very disappointed. There seemed to be only one person working as a server and another person volunteering. Took 20 minutes to be greeted after the volunteer showed us to a seat, 15 for the protein, about 20 for the fried rice and lemonade, then around 15-20 for the bill. The rice and lemonade did not come until we finished cooking and partially ate our food. When we were eventually greeted, nothing was explained, which led to us not getting the full experience of the restaurant.
The one employee seemed to be working as a server, chef and bartender which seems overwhelming, but there were only 4 tables for the duration of our visit. To add insult to injury, 11% gratuity was added for a party of two. We wanted to try this place out, and found that we will stick to One Pot on Coventry.

This place merged with boiler 55 which is what my review is about. While the wait staff was friendly and attentive the kitchen staff is very slow. I was first to order of my table of 3 and was the last to receive my food. To give a clear picture i ordered another person ordered maybe 5 minutes after me and the last person 10 minutes after her. I ordered an appetizer and a sausage bag. My appetizer was the last item to get to our table. 8 wing dings was $16 and they were very small and the sauce for my bag lacked seasoning. Food is way overpriced for long wait times and quality of food. Will not be back.

The store is very large.
It was nice that one side of the wall was open ,
So the meat smell wasn’t too strong.
The waitress also had good service.
But the food came out so late that it annoyed me a lot.
Meat tastes good.
Tips are included in the 18% bill.

I’ve been coming to fiyah the last so years and when I say I decided to take my daughter out after a devastating week just to get her out the house. We were the first people on the Korean grill side being as though the other side is the boiler bag side. It’s an all you eat buffet on top of having to cook your own food I waited almost an hr before all my food came out. Other people came in for the grill and was served right away. I understand they’re busy due to selling boiler bags now. I politely asked a waiter on the other side could I speak to manager she asked my concerns went and got him he apologized which I truly appreciated he also know exactly who my complaints was about. Thank you to the manager and waiter who actually listened to my concerns. But the Chinese man with the long hair is one of the worst waiters there he’s the reason why people barely come to fiyah he will ignore you but expect a hefty tip he’s not welcoming. Also I order beef bulogoi the waiter gave me old beef bulogoi and told me they were switching it out. I have had birthdays, graduation and just meeting with family and friends at fiyah. But they’ll never get another red cent from me and the Chinese dude with the long hair needs to be fired expeditiously he’s bad for business and this is not my first run in with him. If I hadn’t been with my daughter it would have been a different for him. But again thank you to the supervisor and the waiter who made sure my concerns was heard.

Oh my goodness this is a great place to go for food and lovely atmosphere. We did the seafood, chicken, and steak with all the veggies. The side dishes were tasty and a great variety. I am not sure what the price was because it was a treat for me. The service was so great and very friendly. I loved the experience if cooking my food at the table and the drinks were very good. Parking is adequate.
