Hello, I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I had a free drink and i asked for extra butter pecan in my drink on the receipt it shows I was charged .25 cents 2 times because I asked for the extra butter pecan. I seen on the order that it was included in the total, it wasn’t until after she scanned my rewards is when she said oh I need to charge you for the extra. I explained it was included that is why it went to 0.00 she said no it was not included after asking for the receipt 2 times (because she knows she is lying) she finally gave me one. She in fact charged me 2 times for it. When I called her on it she said she will call the police. It’s not about the quarter it’s about the principal and they do this to everyone which is how they exceed there profits. By stealing from customers. Don’t fall for it and if you do. Report it to Dunkin’ Donuts customer service. They may have okay coffee (I say that because they didn’t add the extra butter pecan it’s an order I place normally and know the taste).

If I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts zero stars, I would. First off, the service is straight-up hostile. I roll up to the drive-thru, guy slams the window in my face like I’m bothering him, and snaps, “Nothing is free here, sir.” I literally just asked for a cup of water. A cup of water. Not a latte with extra sprinkles. This is not customer service, this is a masterclass in how to treat humans like garbage.
Oh, and the water? Don’t even think it’s from a proper dispenser. It’s straight from the sink. I’ve had backyard garden hoses that taste better. If you value basic decency, hygiene, or your sanity, stay the hell away from this place. Word to the wise: Dunkin’ in Orland Park doesn’t give a damn about you, your thirst, or apparently anything except slamming windows and yelling at people.

this was supposed to be less ice. if this is less ice is the whole drink ice if wasnt asked for less ice? i just wasted my money on three sips that werent even appetizing. oh half of it was just foam too and there was still matcha powder that wasnt even mixed in. instead of complaining and wondering why youre getting bad reviews, instead you should do better and give customers what they ACTUALLY paid for.

We went there with 10 guys all got coffees, sat down and wanted some water. I asked for a cup of water they wanted to charge $1.50 for a cup of sink water. Very stingy people. This happened twice, and I always go there and give them my business. Never going again.

Don’t ask for less ice because you’ll get half of cup of ice that leaves you with 3/4 cup of coffee. If you call to ask why they didn’t put less ice all you get is some lady giving you a lame answer and then you get hung up on. I went to a different Dunkin Donuts to see if I’d get the same amount of ice. They actually gave me less ice.So Besides reporting them I am also going to post and pass on what ignorant, rood, ripoff they are. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.The night staff is just as rood they act like your bothering them. I placed my order when I drove up to the window the kid told me they didn’t have ice coffee. I feel comfortably posting this because I’ve been told they have a bad reputation when it comes to burning food and poor customer service. I will drive an extra mile to get good service. Oh yeah if you ask for no ice you get charged. I’d put a zero star but that’s not an option

This place is a mess. The workers don’t even speak enough English to understand basic orders. Every single time my drink is wrong, and when I try to explain what’s incorrect, they don’t understand and just dump more caramel on top like that fixes it. On top of that, they’re rude and act annoyed when you point out their mistake even though THEY made it wrong.

Although this dunkin is close to my house, I now avoid going there. My usual is a large iced mocha. Any other dunkin as well as the app calls for 4 pumps of mocha. This location always does 2 to 3. Unless you specifically ask. They nickle and dime you. I regret going there out of convenience. I will drive to next closest location.

I ordered an iced coffee on 10/02/2025 around 8:30pm/9:00pm through drive thru and my drink was not sweet so I asked for an extra pump of caramel and the cashier was very rude! He tried to take my cup back but I was told they are not supposed to take the cup back so I was asking for it on the side. The cashier started arguing with me and told me not to come back I believe he was racist by how he was treating me. Then the other guy there working came to the drive thru and apologized for the guys actions and said I can come back anytime but I still didn’t like how I was being treated for someone that’s Indian and do not speak English to tell me I can’t come back to a place he doesn’t own is so offensive how would he feel if I discriminated against him it wouldn’t feel good. I wouldn’t recommend this location ever! To anyone the customer service here is horrible you don’t treat people like that I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give me it he just kept yelling at me so I never got his name but highly dissatisfied.
