Service was great. Very friendly and served with a smile. Every food item was in the bag except for an extra Marinara sauce for my Mozzarella Fries. I ordered through the Burger King app and picked my food up through the drive thru. All they needed was my name. It made the process of ordering very very easy and convenient!

3/01 6:42pm the young lady working the first window was very rude. She gave me back the wrong amount of change than wanted to argue with me about it so I asked her to count the drawer. She did end up giving me the change she owed me. But she did NOT need to slam the window In my face. I come to this Burger King bc food is always fresh. I’ve never experienced this here.

Nice Burger King. Recently remodeled, so everything looks new and clean. Our food was fast and good, even though the buns on our Whopper Jrs. were a little hard. Women’s bathroom stalls were measured incorrectly, so one door (of only two) won’t close at all, which is very inconvenient and something they should address ASAP.

Took the family through the drive through. First the intercom was messed up – the employee was asking for our order on our intercom, but was really taking the order of the person in then other drive-thru lane. Part of our order was 3 small milkshakes. They asked us to pull ahead because they had to change out the milkshake machine. We waited over 5 minutes for the lady to bring is 3 “milkshakes” – one was ice cream, 1 was i don’t know what, and the other was chocolate milk. She handed them over as fast as possible as if she knew they weren’t supposed to be handed to a customer and walked right back inside. No other customers were even at the drive-thru to be waited on….

Visited this location for lunch the other day. I was pretty disappointed with the new staff. They messed up our order, got an attitude about it and the manager was less than personable. Get your act together and do something about your staff’s personal hygiene. There’s nothing more off-putting than watching someone who looks like they haven’t showered in two weeks make your food. Won’t be going to that location again.

My friend ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissanwich and received a croissant with a sausage patty. Thats all it came with. Also when he first ordered he made it clear he only wanted the sandwich but the cashier rang it up as a meal and then was confused when he want just the sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but literally forgetting 2 of 3 ingredients on a sandwich is ridiculous.

Probably the worst BK ive been too. Took the fast out of fast food and that would be good if the food was good but it was disgusting. The sandwich was smothered in mayo, fries had no salt, onion rings tasted like they had sat for hours.

Drive all the way there for them to not be open thanks. Now I gotta wait for a refund from the app. You should shut ur app down if ur closed. I used my rewards points and I prolly won’t get those back either. Never coming to this location again.
