This was our second time at Tulum, and it was just as great as the first! The place has a clean, upscale look with a relaxed, casual vibe that makes it really enjoyable. We started with the spicy pineapple and cucumber margaritas, so refreshing and full of flavor. For dinner, we had the seafood fajitas and the burrito a la diabla, both of which were excellent. Great, fresh Mexican-style food and friendly service. We will definitely be back!

It was just us, and another group in the entire restaurant. Food tasted good, and came in good portions.

I had a great experience , the food was good, though I’ll say it definitely leaned on the spicy side – perfect if you love some heat. We have been here several times. The atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely lovely, especially their outdoor patio, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
The highlight for me was definitely their margaritas – they were exceptional! Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and beautifully presented (bonus points for the fun glassware).
Overall, Tulum is a wonderful spot for tasty food, strong and flavorful margaritas, and a great patio vibe. I’d definitely come back!

I made reservations for 40 people for my 31st birthday here at Tulum. The owner was very accommodating given I only called 4 days in advance due to a cancellation of my original dinner plans. The restaurant itself is very cutesy. They have a place near the entrance to take photos which is nice. The staff was kind and I’m glad it’s a family friendly place as we had a table just for the children. My birria weren’t as flavorful as I’m used to but as I mentioned the customer service made up for that. I’m glad to have come across this place and I’m sure I’ll be back to try something else on the menu one day soon.

You’ll find good and big portions.
1. Avocado was great just too cold
2. Carnitas, Mole, enchiladas, all of those plates were great.
3. The opportunity of improvement was the sauces, not of them were spice. And the side corn tortillas were like old.
Atmosphere really good, clean restrooms and place in general.

The service and the spot were great but the food really did not wow me for anything. The birria tacos were dry and tough. The chimichanga was a specialty dish that also did not wow me… really disappointed with how everything tasted. Might come back if in the mood for Mexican in the area but wouldn’t go out of way again to try.

Did a quick lunch stop, it started with chips and salsa. I only ordered the Arrachera, its skirt steak, cooked just right, fresh with cilantro and avocado sauce. It’s light, fresh, and delicious.

Went here for my birthday, Had such high expectations for this place.. We sat at the bar, the red head hostess/server I guess took our order she was very nice until her shift neared the end! We order Margaritas, when the bartender came (I guess that’s who he was) we 1st asked for water he didn’t even look up! The Hostess/server finally came back and he said Agua and pointed to us , so I knew he heard us ask! Drinks were AMAZING!!!
Food on the other hand 6/7… Order Birria tacos but what I really got was Beef Carnitas with cheese, no texture wasn’t grilled just flabby corn tortillas! So mad … Meat was good though super tender and not dry .. When the hostess/server again FINALLY came back we wanted to order another drink. I wanted a Guava/Watermelon margarita which is right on the menu under ADD FLAVORS, I was told I couldn’t get that cause it wouldn’t be “fresh” and the smell would be off . Now I’m really confused!!! She asked multiple times if we were ready for the check.. I finally just said YES… She cashed us out and literally left right out the door! We probably will never go back.. I mean wow! Please fix this! You guys could be great
