Sat in the drive through for ten minutes before getting helped. Once we got tended to the server was very disrespectful. We couldn’t hear him, as the speaker is very quiet so he raised his voice in a rude tone at us. Once we got to the window all the workers were just standing around. We didn’t receive ice in our drinks, as did anyone else. The food was hot. My quesadilla had like no cheese in it.

My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch. She ordered regular Tacos and I ordered Supreme Tacos. This is a sample of what we received. Besides having only minimal amount of ingredients, mine had no sour cream. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because, when I complained, they said they would send a coupon for replacement meals. We shall see.

This is a $3 Chicken Taco Supreme. I had two Steak Taco Supremes that looked the same. Shell was half filled, mostly lettuce.
They were out of ground beef, so they offered me Chicken or Steak ($4.30 ea) …then they upcharged me, without telling me, until I questioned the cost. There was hardly any meat in any of my items, as you can see. I won’t even talk about the rest of my order. $20 for taco shells, tortilla and lettuce. I got ripped for the final time here .

Went through the drive thru 3 times and they still didn’t get my order right. Ate inside today the chicken was so soggy. I ordered extra crispy and got extra slimy. No condiments or sporks were available. Half of their inventory and food was out. They said they were waiting for the truck. Clearly the person doing the ordering doesn’t know what they’re doing. The staff was rude and kept complaining about how they hated their job. The night crew seems to be nicer than the day crew. Although the food is just as bad. I think this might be the reason this location isn’t on the taco bell app. I worked at taco Bell when I was a kid and this garbage wouldn’t have flown. People would have been fired over this.

Took 30 minutes to get out order. With a family of 4 already sitting & waiting. & a trucker already waiting as well. 30 minutes!!! For *fast* food… then they didn’t even have the full order ready. & what we did get was not correct.

Food is a hot or miss unfortunately. Sometimes you get a good bag of food another time you might end up with dried, burrito s falling apart from not being wrapped correctly. Under filled tacos/burritos. Etc. sometimes they are so dried out it’s not even worth eating will not be going. Back here.

My husband and I waited in line for about half an hour, which is okay, we saw the line. But I ordered 2 meals, and everytime I spoke i got an extremely rude “anything else” and then they got my order wrong and the taco I ordered had an EXTREMELY stale hard shell. I went inside to ask for the missing ingredients instead of remaking the order since they were already pretty busy. They charged me for those ingredients and only gave me a tiny bit. I asked for my sauce cup to at least be filled up a little more since i was charged and they sighed at me and took them an additional several minutes to fill it. Extremely disappointing and will avoid eating here again.

Their was 1 car infront of me and after an hr waiting in the drive thru nobody would come to the window so I called on their phone and said I’m in the drive thru and it’s been an hr and he said if I didn’t like it I needed to go to Macdonalds…. so I said refund now…. and it was the manager

Food was freezing cold like it didint even go in the fryer and when we ordered cheese curds its was 5 tiny cheese curds in a big box and the wait time is absolutely insane like 30 minutes for 2 people if it takes 30 minutes my food better be hotter than the sun at a fast food place
