Ordered at the kiosk, sat and waited for 15 minutes. Eventually got up and inquired, turned out the order was done but they didn’t call my name. Burger King’s new system is cool in some ways, but I feel like you have to basically breathe down their neck or else you end up waiting forever

I was in the parking lot outside of Burger King when I made the order, I immediately went in and talked to the cashier to request that my chicken needs to be cooked fresh, I didn’t want the precooked or preheated one, she said okay, after waiting less than five minutes the food was ready, I knew it should take more time to cook the five OCs so I asked her again, did you cook the chicken from scratch, she replied, yes of course. When I went home my family and I found that all the Original Chicken sandwichs were overcooked and barely warm, which means they were precooked and reheated, so I knew that she lied to me, adding that the lady at the register was washing the floor while they were preparing my order. Will never order from this place again again,

Went through drive thru today., while back on freeway, noticed NO onion rings (as ordered and paid for) were not in the bag, and also the 8 count chicken nuggets only had 7. Very disappointed as I could not go back and the phone number on the receipt was not valid!

Beware of Hector, he takes your order but doesn’t understand the machines so he charges you for other things, and over charges you. I order a combo, wanted a medium fries, but he added another fries, and when I told him of his mistake he says I fixed it, which he did not. He then says sorry no manager on duty for refund and to come back he will give me a free meal!?

Stopped by the Burger King on the way to Fremont. Very clean and nice restaurant. I enjoyed the videos they played on the TV, which is such a great idea as it was entertaining.

Came here for guess what ? Their 89c soft serve cone !!!! because McDonald’s is way too expensive now for a soft serve delight.
The creaminess and the texture is what a soft serve vanilla should be all about, hopefully they keep it at this price.

This Burger King is well maintained and clean. The staff is not so friendly but they do a great job in the kitchen, food is usually well prepared so can’t complain. Got myself a well prepared Whopper with cheese and bacon ! Totally worth the visit!

I expect mistakes from fast food places but this one if by far the worst. I say that because I’ve had multiple bad experiences from this particular location. There has been a couple times where they’ve been closed an hour or more before posted close time and they have either messed up or food was not cooked enough. This most recent time I went to try one of the new sourdough sandwiches and the sourdough looked like it was just smashed and not toasted at all.
