I understand you guys have to keep wait times under a certain number. But I waited 10 minutes to have someone take my order and that was only after I said, “hello” then I’m told you guys can’t take my order because you’re waiting for your system to start up, which is understandable but it’s 15 minutes after open time, shouldn’t it have been ready? Then the lady taking my order told me I had to wait 10 more minutes for her to take my order. So I asked if I could wait in line because there were 4 people behind me and I didn’t want to lose my spot cause I had already been there for a while. But I was told no, because your wait times were more important. So I went across the street to McDonald’s to get something, and as I’m pulling out with my food I see the car that was behind me at KFC getting their food at the second window, and it was maybe 3-4 minutes after I left.

Ordered the twenty dollars special with seven pieces of chicken four biscuits.n 2 mashed potatoes. I asked for condiments 5 each.nOf hot sauce, honey. Butter and barbecue sauce. Receive none of the above no napkins , no utensils , the only pieces of chicken I could identify were the drum sticks more bread than chicken received 2 drum sticks, one wing. I think one breastn And the rest were thighs, very disappointing.

This store has improved over the past year or so. Sometimes they don’t have the exact chicken ready that you order, but they have always asked what I wanted substituted and they have taken care of me. They are always nice to me as well. I generally do the drive thru, but occasionally go inside as well.

I went through drive through. After arguing with me about what was offered on menu I made my order. I asked specifically for dark meat. My order was one chicken wing and two breasts. I was only given one napkin for Nashville hot which was very messy. The guy at the window was rude. The chicken was way overcooked and was dry and like rubber to eat. I hear kfc moved to Texas, is this their way of doing business?? Management needs to get their act together.

Order two piece chicken dinner which one thigh an one breast also includes slaw side order mashed potato with gravy. The order was not correct so went right to KFC The attendant immediately said we don’t give refunds which i am assuming it happens a lot that ok attendant try to correct order which can be acceptable but the chicken was overcooked again won’t eat there again

Went there yesterday got the $14.99 special and the chicken was garbage! Very disappointed it was old like it had been sitting there all day and only had two worker, I have been here before and the chicken was pretty good. Don’t know what happened this time tho. The potato wedges was hard and not cooked all the way. Overall I’d give this location a 2stars. Do better

Come on guys, you’re KFC and I love chicken. Long wait at the drive thru (I was told staff didn’t show for work), then my food was lukewarm. I still have faith the Cornal will come through with improved customer service.

Some constructive criticism! Do NOT Use Old Grease especially Old Grease that chicken was Burnt in! Our $31 Meal wasn’t even fit for a dog to eat! Never mind that the Mac n cheese was old! It’s just laziness! Nasty!!! I hope your owner reads this and makes a difference in how much they want to keep up their business, because if not, say bye, bye to KFC!
