Great experience overall! My food was delicious, my waiter was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! There was a moment or two where I was waiting for a little bit on service, but the biggest thing about that to ME is just that they let me know that they’re held up, so I know I haven’t been forgotten! My waiter was so good about coming by to say that he was held up doing something but would get to me as soon as possible!
I had the Sushi On Fire roll and I was SO pleased! It was DELICIOUS!! I had another roll I liked, but my favorite was the aforementioned!
They have great quality food for being open so late! I had a lovely late dinner, and I loved chatting with my waiter! We talked about Shakespeare and literature, too! What a lovely evening!

Sushi Blue is a gem in Lexington! The Cherry Blossom Roll was absolutely incredible—so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. It quickly became one of my new favorites. What really made the experience stand out was our waiter, Luc. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
Between the amazing food and the top-notch service, Sushi Blue is definitely a must-visit. We’ll be back for sure!

Sushi Blue never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Emmaleigh was amazing attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. She had great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend Sushi Blue, and if you can, ask for Emmaleigh!

I love this place! My friend and I visited for dinner a few nights ago and everything about our dinner was lovely. The food was incredible and the vibes of this place are so much fun. It’s like a coffee shop but for sushi, so relaxing and calming. I also appreciate the late night hours as it’s the perfect spot for after a game! I will for sure be back!

We did not plan to visit a land locked state and seek out sushi, but we got a craving and we’re glad we did. Sushi blue was good and a great value. We had 2 appetizers, 7 rolls, and 15 pieces of sushi. This plus drinks was under $200. That definitely would not happen in Austin. The on fire roll was both an impressive presentation and an excellent roll. The yellow fin with avocado appetizer was good too. Stacy our service was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful surprise.

To start off the service was less than average our server was extremely rude to where even other customers commented about it. It took over an hour to receive our food and worse they charged a price that wasn’t on the menu and they charge extra for everything. Not to mention when they gave me a To go box for my order they gave me Smaller portion than what I originally gave them, Horrible experience I do not recommend the food is decent but not worth the fake prices and crappy service.

I came here on a reference from a friend. I had high expectations as he highly referred it. Our sushi was a bit more fishy than I prefer. (We ordered based off the server’s top recommendations). The ramen was so so, I didn’t care much for the cheese on top. The spice level was great. Perhaps I’ll return to try more sushi and give it another chance.

It was so relaxing in there and the food was absolutely AMAZING. I got the chicken ramen but mild not spicy, and it’s absolutely wonderful. I can’t do the stuff with a lot of different things in it, and their ramen is super simple. Broth, noodles, chicken, mozzarella, and scallions. And it taste amazing. I’ve only ever had the packet ramen so it’s a big step up from the packet ramen but not too different either!! It was great 🙂
