We have wanted to try this new Mexican restaurant for a while since they have mostly GF items, so when we saw they were participating in Bartlett Restaurant Week,we decided to give them a try.
Went on a Friday night and surprisingly there was no one in the restaurant. I was greeted immediately and asked for the Special..3 tacos for 7.99.
This is basically the same concept of a Chipotle where you choose your toppings and protein.
We started with chicken and pork carnitas tacos. Unfortunately neither of the proteins had any flavor. My wife couldn’t tell the difference between the two!
We chose a variety of toppings such as cilantro rice,black beans,pico ,cheese,etc.
We expected more flavor and the corn tortillas just fell apart. Might have been better as a bowl entree plus the carnitas tacos had a lot less ingredients than the chicken tacos for some reason.
There is seating inside as well as plenty of parking.
I would have only given it only 3 stars but the owner was very nice and I wish him luck in his new endeavor.

DosBros never disappoints! The food is always so fresh and flavorful, you can really taste the quality in every bite. The barbacoa meat is hands-down my favorite, so tender and delicious! On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of our new go-to spots!

I ordered catering from DosBros for a pickup on Saturday at 3PM. I placed the order through EZCater and their catering packages really made hosting my party a breeze! The Dos Package included absolutely everything that you would need including GUACAMOLE (or queso if you’d prefer that) and two meat options (we opted for steak and carnitas). The food was excellent – everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
I had special instructions to ensure that the brown rice was plain (we have a few folks that don’t like cilantro), and I was delighted to see that they accommodated the request. Every single items was nicely labeled in each container.
Dos Bros made our pick up so easy – everything was nicely packaged into a carrying box. I was worried that the taco shells would break, but all of the shells made it safely!
We had more than enough food to feed everyone including people taking home leftovers. We’re still working through our leftovers and they get tastier by the day!
I would highly recommend Dos Bros as a catering option if you are looking to host a stress free event!

Stopped in for first time today to grab lunch to go. Parking lot was hopping so wasn’t sure how busy they’d be. It was about 12:20pm.
I walked into find not a single customer in the place – odd.
Decided to go with a salad & chose the steak as my protein. The 5 heated bins of meats looked like they hadn’t been touched at all today.
Salad was ok – not awful – edible – the steak had an odd spice / flavor to it – not bad – but not typical for Mexican food.
Visually – the carnitas has more liquid to it and it definitely wasn’t touched yet.
Soda machine was out of order so that squashed my trying the add soda & guac to make it a combo.
This place isn’t going to make it.
I wouldn’t have chosen a small strip mall where there’s already 2 well established lunch / dinner options who each also have drive-thrus.

I stopped by Dos Bros in Bartlett tonight to grab dinner and was really disappointed. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the food quality looked very poor, like it had been sitting out all day. The fajitas looked dry and old, and the chicken, rice, and beans all appeared dry and unappetizing. I was genuinely looking forward to the meal, but after seeing the condition of the food during dinner hours, I decided to walk out. Very disappointing experience.

The bowl tasted really bland, not much flavor overall, chicken was also super hard and chewy and the tortilla they gave me was stale and broke up like a tortilla chip. I was also the only person in there which I found kinda strange.
Reply- well I’m sure you take pride in your business but the fact is the meat WAS hard, rubbery, chewy and very unappetizing. The tortilla WAS rock hard and fell apart like a cracker and the bowl itself had zero
Flavor even with the added salsa/sauce I didn’t even finish half of it before tossing it out. Don’t be upset at the customer for giving an honest opinion about terrible food.
