Do you ever stop to consider why so many of your locations are in such poor condition and consistently empty? It’s 2026, and somehow the issue still hasn’t been addressed. Competing chains like Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell have steady lines of customers, yet almost every Burger King I pass has no one waiting. At this point, it feels like the entire franchise is on the verge of collapse. The customer service is consistently terrible, your employees are mostly rude, irritated, and act as if fulfilling basic orders is a burden. No matter the time or day or day of week, it’s a struggle just to receive what you advertise. And when the food finally arrives, it’s usually disappointing with poorly assembled Whoppers, stale buns, lukewarm patties, and freezing-cold toppings. It’s unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that Burger King could be great. The flavor of the burgers themselves is actually decent, but the combination of bad service and consistently cold, ill prepared food makes it impossible to justify coming back. It’s no surprise your locations are closing so quickly. You all refuse to adapt, improve, or rebrand. I don’t expect fine dining from a fast-food chain, but at the very least, customers should receive the quality you advertise and continue to raise prices for. Enough is enough. Shame on you, Burger King.

Terrible service and food I was the only one in line and now I see why. I had to wait 15+ minutes for food even though I was the only one ordering. When I got it it was all cold even the jalapeño poppers which they said were fresh and why I had to wait. They were in fact room temp. This is not even talking about the rudeness from the manager who has been mentioned on here before.

I came to put in my complaint about that white lay manger and i already seen 5+ people already complaining about how rude and disrespectful she is and yall still have her as manager the guy on night shift is way nicer! Just because her life at home and the fact that she has to work fast food for the rest of her life does not give her any reason to be rude to customers. She says she is out of everything well if you are the manager how do you not know how much product to order another reason she should not be the manager and the reason the ratings will never go up

Oh wait they are out of lots of items just like the BK on Madison blvd. On a single boat they were out of chicken sandwiches and spicy chicken sandwiches, out of Sprite, and out of zesty sauce…
The positive was that the guy at the window was very polite, well spoken and professional. He got a gold star. (12/1/22 8pm)
Whoever manages inventory though, brought this rating down to 2 of 5 stars..

28 minutes between ordering and food; one of only two groups in restaurant. Fries and onion rings lukewarm at best. Absolutely nonsense of urgency. For the cost, should have gone to a full service restaurant as it would have been faster and better quality.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. They messed up my online order of breakfast food and bc I picked it up 10 mins after they stopped serving breakfast, they wouldn’t do anything about it or try to help me in any way. And it was all the same item, so it would not have been difficult for them to fix my order.

The drive thru was backed up so I went in. The manager was preparing food and placing it in the warmer. She said she could not take any orders because she was the only one there. This was at 7:45 am on Tuesday, 09/16/2025. She was rude and uncooperative. If she couldn’t take orders, she should have the doors locked. She never addressed the drive thru, just made them sit in a long line. Her rudeness was uncalled for. If she can’t be professional, she should not be in management. The food was ready and she was just standing around and would not take my order. I wanted what she had in the warmer. DO NOT EVER GO TO BURGER KING ON HUGHES ROAD IN MADISON, AL

This is probably one of the worst stores I have been to. I know that the time we went was kind of late but the freshness of the food should never be compromised. They completely got my order wrong. I ordered two BBQ Whopper Jr’s no mayo and a Texas Double Whopper with no tomato no Ketchup because I have an allergy to Tomatoes. My husband’s two BBQ Whopper Jr’s both had Mayo and my Texas Double Whopper had Ketchup on it and no Jalapenos. We will not be returning to this store.
