I am loving the new management. They actually care about the quality and their customers. It’s noticable. The food is always fresh and the employees are always friendly. The management has come out multiple times to check on things and make sure we’re satisfied. Once they forgot to make a carryout order and we had to wait a few extra minutes and they gave me a ticket for a free meal on them. That’s good customer service! Our family will continue to support this Qdoba because they know how to do things right!

I’m not unfamiliar with QDOBA or its main competitor, but this locations owners go the extra mile ensuring robust portions and freshness. Compared to say the one in Owings Mills which looks like the food has been left out for days on end, Eldersburgs owners had fresh toppings and protein at the ready. My daughter said it was the best Guacamole that’s she’s ever had, which is saying something.

FYI – The Sykesville Qdoba is giving away free bowls when you give them a 5-Star rating and you bring the screen-shot of your review with the card they give you.
The saddest part is they probably wouldn’t have to resort to bribery if the portions weren’t so bad and they weren’t so stingy with the meat.
Give reasonable portions and meat. Stop trying to game the system with false ratings.

This location has been under new management since a few months ago. So far I’m very impressed.
Portion sizes are great for the price, food is fresh and consistent (especially the chips), staff is friendly.
I come here once every week and I haven’t been disappointed yet!

I went here for National Burrito Day on April 4th and got 2 massive burrito bowls and a drink. My order was ready on time and the restaurant looked nice and clean! See how huge my bowls were?! I got extra toppings and an extra portion of meat. My only complaint is that the beef’s texture was a little bouncy and I felt like the meat could have used a marinade for more flavor. I really loved the pickled onions. All the toppings were superb. The sweet tea here is really extra sweet so beware if you’re trying to watch your sugar intake. Thanks Qdoba and I’ll be back.
