Needed a quick bite and I got this one $5 from KFC. I had a dinner reservation last night for a restaurant in Livermore so just had this one earlier in the day. It was quick and efficient, friendly service, clean and well maintained location also it was delicious food.

I wouldn’t recommend getting the chicken sandwich unless you like stale bread, dry and rubbery chicken breast, and almost no seasoning. We really wanted to give them another chance so we got back in the drive thru line and got a family meal. The drums and thighs were cooked better and a bit fresher but still not satisfying. Proceed with caution.

Came in for lunch, did a mobile order and waited close to 30 mins for my order. Not a busy time of day as we were the only ones dining in besides a small family. No apologies were given either, Get it together or don’t accept mobile orders.

The experience was too long to type I will just say it was very underwhelming and I had to wait 30 minutes parked outside in Lane 1 for them to realize they totally forgot about me so I had to go in and wait additional 30 minutes for food that wasn’t prepared properly and was told there was no barbecue sauce for the 20 piece barbecue wings I purchased. Spoke with the person in charge to no avail basically this KFC is very poorly managed mistakes all around the board if you care about your franchise you might want to do a surprise pop up and see for yourself you should send a secret Shopper in and see for yourself…

Gave the clerk 3 different credit cards and he couldn’t get any of them to work so l left. Strangly the first card l gave him worked fine at Five Guys ten minutes later. Train your workers how to take credit cards or post a notice saying the reader doesn’t work and stop wasting my time.

The worst KFC experience ever. I ordered quick pick-up. After I got home, I realized that it was missing a chicken sandwich and a large mashed potatoes with gravy.

Customer service was amazing as they had explained the difference between two chicken orders. Fries were incredibly delicious and crispy. The chicken was crunchy and one of a kind that I couldn’t find in any other restaurant. The cleanliness was extraordinary, even the restrooms. The prices were pretty bearable and not too high. They had also given me a chance to spin the wheel to get a free reward, I had gotten a large fries as my reward. My overall experience at KFC was satisfying.

Legitimately never had this many issues with service or food at a fast food location ever. Food is either served warm or not fresh, service is slow and being told to wait in a drive thru for 20 mins is outrageous. Do not come here if you value your time.
