I always have a great experience at the Friendswood Starbucks, and it has honestly become one of the highlights of my morning routine. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and welcoming. They remember faces, take the time to say hello, and keep the line moving even during the busiest rush. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive atmosphere for their customers.

One thing I really appreciate is how they handle mobile orders. A lot of places just set the drink on the counter and move on, but not here. Even when I’m just running in for a quick pickup, they still acknowledge me by name, make eye contact, and often greet me with a warm “good morning” or a quick friendly chat. They make me feel like family, not just another person grabbing a coffee. That kind of personal connection is rare these days.

My drinks are always made right, consistently good, and ready on time. The store itself is clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit for a few minutes or get some work done. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do, and their positive energy shows in every visit.

This location truly goes above and beyond. The customer service, the attention to detail, and the genuine kindness of the staff make it stand out from any other coffee shop in the area. Highly recommend stopping in—you’ll leave with a great drink and an even better mood

First and last time at this location. 20 minutes I stood there and watched people walk up to the pick up counter as the baristas picked the easiest drinks to make first as my order sat there as “next” for the 10 out of 20 minutes. As someone who has 8+ years behind a coffee bar one of those shops being STARBUCKS, I would’ve taken disciplinary action and partner codes would have been suspended. Baristas constantly complaining about not retrieving raises on socials yet can’t meet the clock time set in place for dine in and drive thru. Mind you I placed this order at 9:12? I just received it at 9:30 which is when I was supposed to be at work. ADDITIONALLY I ordered 4 RISTRETTO SHOTS and 2 pumps sweetener and light cold foam. Someone tell me after almost 30 minutes of waiting and watching the baristas pick and choose the easiest drinks for walk in customers who had just placed the order before coming in (ie these people only had to wait less than 5 minutes for waters and freaking refreshers and matchas which they DO NOT SHAKE) if this looks like it’s worth the wait? Filing a corporate complaint and requested an immediate refund through the mobile app smh.
Absolutely nothing at all causes a reasonable excuse for the absolute mess of a location this Starbucks is. Tell me they’re a franchise without telling me they’re a franchise, I’ll go first. They don’t care about YOU or how long you have to wait you’re getting a subpar drink paired with a LONG wait time. They are not understaffed they actually have 8 people behind the bar when fun fact, Starbucks usually only requires 4-5 with management included. NO EXCUSES.

UPDATE: STARBUCKS REP was gracious enough to not only refund me for my drink but to also credit me for my next two beverages. As for this location? They don’t even answer the phone. I will be following through with a direct complaint with this store.

The coffee is good but the price is changed every time you go I went on a Monday’ wed & fri’ and the price was 698 I went on the next Monday and it was 844 I told her they were always charging me 698 cause I went 3 times that week and she’s like well my manager said it’s 844 that it went up I’m like whatever. I left. Cust Serv between older and their younger employees. The older ones are so sweet and nice. The younger ones are just rude!!!

I personally don’t like Starbucks just because I don’t drink coffee but took my 12yr care and she loves it so to me that’s all that matters at the moment. Place was clean, organized and staff very friendly.( And yes I am sure they have other drinks other then coffee).

Horrible service here, employees look grumpy and rude. A lackluster attitude while taking an order and absolutely not customer service oriented. Slow to make drinks even when there’s no line or people waiting.

It’s not even a busy day, 11am, took 10 minutes to make one drink. Employees are more interested in talking amongst themselves vs addressing customers.

Got a SF vanilla blended that was rang up as a cold brew blended for the free coffee. I even asked if the frappes was included but she said this is how it had to be rang up. It was disgusting! Frappe Mix was definitely not used it was all cold brew except for a little frozen island that floated on top. I even paid 50 cents for it to be blended even though the coffee was free. Did not care to go back and sit in the line the drive thru set up is horrible when busy.

They took an additional 20 minutes preparing my order. By that time my drink was watered down and melted, plus I didn’t even get the extras I paid for in my drink!! The “crispy” grilled cheese sandwich was stale and cold. WORST experience here!!

Disappointed the way they made my drink made my drink Garbage the whipped cream wasn’t fully on the top wasn’t happy with it so I asked for a refund . some of the baristas take pride in making the drinks I can tell she was in a rush thanks Scarlett for ruining my morning this usually gets me going
