I’ve been coming to this place for a while now, it does seem to have changed a bit.
On our most recent experience, the Cashier was super nice, smiling and made me feel welcomed.
The food was super hot and it was delicious.
The placen inside is clean and looks like a nice place to relax and enjoy some time with family.

Wok N Roll used to be one of my favorite places, but I haven’t been in years. I went today and the food was as good as I remembered but I was disappointed that I wasn’t given noodles with my hot and sour soup. You may have to ask for them now. Back in the day they just came with it and they’re my favorite.

*edit* I really miss the old coconut chicken that was fluffy, soft, oddly shaped, and lightly battered, fried, and glazed with coconut sauce. I wish they would bring it back because it was my favorite item and I couldn’t get it anywhere else. Now it’s just regular coconut chicken you can get at any of the multiple Chinese restaurants in Florence – nothing special.
Wok’N’Roll is one of my favorite cheap places to eat! The Coconut Chicken and their Smoothies are wonderful and the rice is almost always hot and fresh. The staff isn’t always happy and enthusiastic about their job or as knowledgeable about the menu as I would like, but they’re friendly enough for what I imagine they get paid and do bring the food to your table and I’ve yet to have any mistakes on my order. My roommates love the Bourbon Chicken. They do have some of the best lo mein.
Overall, the food is cheap and a great value for the amount you get!

It’s not much to look at from the outside, but inside you’ll find good food, friendly staff, and fair prices. I ordered their lunch sushi, which is 2 sushi rolls, soup, and salad for $10. Great deal in my opinion. The lady who took my order was very friendly and sweet, and her English is really good! She doesn’t shy away from friendly conversation. I waited maybe 10 minutes for my food, but considering how small their staff is and how busy they were, I think that was a perfectly reasonable wait time. Overall great experience, and I am very satisfied with the overall value and quality of my meal.

Ive lived here 3.5 years. My first experiences w/W&R were really good. It is apparent that they have a different chef or ownership. This last time that I picked up dinner for 2 there, it really was pretty bad. The only good things I experienced was a smile(important) and the spring rolls were excellent. Our FR entree was just good enough to eat some because you’re hungry.
Terrible vegetables. Bland and messy.
Szechuan beef was depressing.
Chinese takeout is supposed to always be either really good or fantastic. The only reason for a 2 star, instead of 1, is the spring rolls. Fantastic spring roll

We’ve been eating here and enjoying this awesome little oriental restaurant for around nine years. The food is always very good and prepared fresh at the time of ordering. It is also convenient for ordering ahead for takeout. The sushi is an added bonus in the last several years. We are definitely happy to have this unique little place available here in the heart of downtown Florence.
Well, the show goes on and so does Wok ‘N Roll. This little treasure of an Asian restaurant never disappoints. I stopped in for a working lunch, and everything was pretty much as remembered from previous visits over the last 16 plus years. There’s new faces and familiar faces. The prices have changed due to, “well the world” but all’s well. Wok ‘N Roll will remain in my local bag of tricks. Thanks for continuing to provide an excellent experience.

Wok & Roll is one of my go to places for quick delicious food at a good value. The staff are friendly and patient. Not only is the food good, but the portions are very generous. My favorites are General Tso’s Chicken (add extra spicy) and the Black Pepper Chicken. You definitely get your money’s worth here. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or a family dinner, Wok & Roll is a guaranteed win. Highly recommended!
