Food was great atmosphere not pleasant. My wife and I seen a short hispanic man with no hat swinging knifes in the air. Not sure what to think of this? Manager looked to be in site but nothing was said. Unsafe for all the other employees and customers!

My children and I are visiting Dallas for the first time for just 3 weeks, so wanted to review all the fast food chains. Five Guys is by far the most expensive. Service was quick but the cashier didn’t look very happy. The food was quite tasty, but didn’t justify the price of 62 dollars for 2 cheeseburgers and a hot dog. Probably won’t be coming back unless prices are reduced.

The restaurant is located inside the Galleria Shopping Mall. The environment and the atmosphere was ok; some napkin and debris on the floor and the serving counter. I saw the staff member was cleaning it. However, it’s on Saturday and lots of people dined inside and kept making trash.
The most disappointing thing was the total 36 minutes of the waiting time for just a burger. I thought it’s a fast food chain restaurant. There were lots of people waiting in the front for receiving their orders, as well as so many staff members working and talking in the kitchen. It seemed they did not take the customers’ order and time seriously. There should be the management issue or the staff members did not get trained well to work efficiently.
When the staff member called the number for the customer to get the order and no one answered, he just showed the disappointing face, which is really not appropriate. When I received my order, there was no greeting and no smile on his face. I was just disappointed in its service.
The good part is that the restaurant has its own restroom inside. You don’t need to go out to find the restroom somewhere in the shopping mall when you are dining at the restaurant.

I’m not sure how a great burger place can be this mismanaged, but this was an awful experience. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and immediately you can tell the young kids working there were not happy to see us before they closed. By the end they were joking around and just laughing at people walking by in hopes that they wouldn’t come inside.
The food was terrible. Our Cajun fries had CAKED on seasoning. I returned them for regular fries and explained that these weren’t edible. The regular fries were bad, soggy and just uncooked.
The burger was OK except the bacon and mushrooms tasted like they came off the floor.
Definitely not recommended at this price point and quality.
We were here on 1/9/19 at 830pm if management would be interested in training their staff on how to provide quality customer service.

We went to Five Guys in the Galleria Mall. I ordered a little hamburger with a drink. My husband ordered a regular burger along with french fries. We enjoyed some peanuts while we waited. The soda fountain was great since one can pick the flavors of Coke etc. I poured a vanilla Coke which was fabulous. The burgers and french fries were good.

Today, 11/2/23, I came back to Five Guys in The Galleria and ordered a Cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a chocolate and peanut butter shake.
The service is super friendly and helpful! They explain the menu and how things work if you have never been. The establishment is clean and there’s always someone on the floor making sure it stays clean! I also love the decor!
There is plenty of seating and if you don’t want to sit, there are standing tables, which I think is really cool!
The food and drink is so delicious and I love walking up and being greeted by the staff. When you sit down to eat, the staff make sure you’re good and will always assist you if you need anything. You definitely get a great amount of food for what you pay!
Definitely will be coming back! Today I made sure to let the manager know how well their staff have been doing and that I love the service and quality of food.

Okay, when it comes to burgers, there are a lot of opinions. Truly, overall, a good burger and fries. The price does make you believe you should be getting better.
The fries are good and salty.
If you just want a good, higher priced burger, stop in.

It is the worst burger in terms of quality and price that I have ever tried, $48.00 for two burgers and a French fry, the bun was cold and the taste of the burger and its size is nothing special, I don’t recommend this place

I love the burgers , they are fresh and cooked to perfection. The Cajun fires are a must have and clearly get a shake they are creamy and smooth. This location is placed perfectly and the restaurant set up is genius.
