Feb 2022: My husband and I came for a late lunch. Haleigh was an awesome server. We shared the homemade chips appetizer, my husband had the hot Herky Mac and cheese, and I had the patty melt. The Mac and cheese portion looked small, but dang….it was not. My husband was very pleased with the flavor and serving size. I would dare to say that was the best patty melt I have ever had! The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly and the bread was to die for.

2021: We met for lunch today. Staff was efficient, cranberry turkey sandwich was delicious, and the environment was very welcoming. We will be back!

Visited Bump’s as part of the Iowa Pork Producers Tenderloin Trail. Two out of the three of us ordered the tenderloin sandwich and both of received undercooked meat. I was sorely disappointed because the sandwich had all the makings of being a good one. The creamed corn that I ordered as my side was delicious.

Fantastic lunch. The veranda and view are amazing. The staff was very kind to allow me to enjoy my lunch and read my book while my husband and granddaughter played 9 holes. Can’t wait to return

This was one of the best brunches ever! I got the peach French toast and good lord it is massive! It was the most delicious French toast I’ve ever had. The peaches are caramelized and the flavor is out of this world. We also tried the Benedict trio which is unique and delicious. Lots of flavor and perfectly cooked. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the sun. Everyone should come enjoy this place. It’s open to anyone, you don’t have to golf. The service was great and the chef even came out to say hi. Nice guy and obviously very talented.

Atmosphere is great. It feels brand new. Clean and spacious. Nice bar and dining area. Big screen in dining area. Long slender cement patio wit view of golf course. Friendly staff. Food was acceptable.

I’m just not sure why I was treated this way. The waitress was very cold. Could not speak to me as if I were a person when I reported that my brisket nachos. I had to stop eating because my friend sitting next to me, pulled out a long hair out of my nachos and then they became very un appetizing. I just could not eat anymore. I think over 2/3 of the plate was left. In addition to that they were cold. The meat was unseasoned. The server did not offer to bring out additional nachos. She just gave me my full check and I had to ask to be compensated in which I was given half off of food that I could not even eat. Why do you treat people like this?

Worst bbq in town. I’ve had week old pot roast with more moisture than this brisket. Pulled pork tastes like something made by Cookies for a middle school cafeteria lunch.

The “tenderloin sandwich” featured a dry boneless pork chop. Bun, condiments, sweet potato waffle fries were fantastic.

Fantastic server. Very good pork tenderloin. Fries not done enough and very generic. Sugar and cinnamon sweet potatoes waffle fries served with caramel sauce were amazing. Very nice dining room. Would love to go back.
