Got two orders of the salted caramel croissant bites to get all the way home and find out they weren’t even cooked much less seasoned with any salted caramel or toffee. Called to ask for a refund because I didn’t want to drive an extra 30 minutes to possibly have them made the same way and waste gas while doing so. I asked and they stated because it was through the app they couldn’t refund. It’s 2025 you’d think that wouldn’t be so difficult. Just to contact their customer support to once again get absolutely no help but the only solution being drive 30 minutes.

i have personally never written a review before and sadly today was that day. if i could rate 0 stars i definitely would. the food was cold, didn’t inform us that our orders did not come thru until after we had honked the horn and waited over 20 minutes. the workers all had attitudes for absolutely no reason when we were putting in our orders. -2/10 buisness and employees please do better.

I have been here a few times, and the service is consistent. The burgers are just ok. The other options are much better. The prices are average to any other fast food. They have a happy hour for drinks. You have the option of the drive thru, car hop or ordering at the window and use the patio.

The only thing I really enjoy is the breakfast burritos everything else is just okay I guess. The manager keeps parking her car in the first pickup stall and keeps walking out to the car but never carries anything back into the restaurant I almost thought she was taking care of her baby in the car but I don’t know cuz they’re windows are tinted. It’s a white 4-door with tinted windows. I could hear her being loud and cussing inside the restaurant cooking area.

Customer service is not their priority here. Ordered a meal which we thought included fries and drink. Did not get the fries but was charged for a combo. The girl “in charge” told us we would have to pay again just for the fries that were supposed to be part of the combo. Never going back as it is overpriced slop anyway.

I wasn’t able to get what I usually get because they apparently changed the price of the double cheese burger by an additional 65%, but that’s fine. I found something else to get. I then ordered a large blast. They also got rid of my favorite, the snickers blast since rebuilding the restaurant, which is fine. I picked another flavor. When I got my large blast, it was not less than 2 inches from the top of the cup. I don’t mean 2 inches from the top of the unnecessary dome lid, but the rim of the cup.
I politely asked the girl that served me my food if they could just top it off with some more ice cream because it was pretty low and I would have just gotten a medium if that’s what I really wanted, this one is a little low, and she said “sure!”. She then took it to who I presume was the manager because it wasn’t the boy who made my drink and she after having a discussion with a few people inside went over and put some more ice cream inside and threw some more of the topping on top after a quick blend. I then saw her scrape a huge dollop of ice cream that went half the way down the cup, back into the cup with the lid. I was then given my cup back with a lot of ice cream all over the lid and the side of the cup and asked to leave…
I know the picture doesn’t look that bad but this is after a 10 minute drive of it melting and running down the side, into my cup holder…

Ordered pretzel sticks and all of them were burnt and hard. Ordered a burger with bacon on it, which was burnt as well. Not enjoyable. Was told they charge 10 cents per Sauce packet. I paid for 10 and only got 5. Ordered mozzarella sticks and no marinara came with either. On top of that we ordered 2 cherry limeade drinks, both came out tasting like just soda water.

My friend and I to the sonic in Heath today and the service was absolutely horrible such rude staff members. Spoke to us with so much attitude and disrespect when we were nothing but polite to them with good manners. then when we looked at our food bag we realized we didn’t get any of the sauces that we asked for which was three ranches and a cheese dip pretty straightforward. Then we go back and ask them for the sauces that we didn’t get, We asked for again three ranch and a cheese dip then a guy brown hair brings out a bag of sauces and we said thank you so much and have a great day Little did we know they gave us a bag of marinara and ketchup we did not ask for either of those they did that on purpose and thought it was funny because we heard and saw them laugh as she was walking back in the door. then as another girl, dark drown or black hair was bringing food out to another person after she was done we politely called them over and asked KINDLY if we could get our sauces again and she smiled rolled her eyes continued to be so blatantly rude and said sure and then looked at her friend who was on break outside blonde hair girl and said I’m so done with this job and other rude things that we couldn’t make out but we knew they were talking about us cause they kept looking and pointing and rolling their eyes even though they were the ones who didn’t give us what we asked for. when the girl brought our dipping sauces out finally it was only a cheese dip and one ranch when we specifically asked for three over and over again and we said thank you anyways and she did not say anything back but rolled her eyes again so we just left because we didn’t want to deal with the continuous disrespect. Every staff member we encountered was extremely rude for no reason.

You have to be a shark vacuum cleaner to drink the shake. It’s the equivalent to sucking a golf ball thru a garden hose. You suck for 20 minutes and get 1 drop of your shake. It sucked.
