First time here. Got one carnitas taco. Nothing special just your typical taco. I may come back and try other things but just heads up they’re a bit more pricier than expected. Some stuff is 2 to 3 dollars more than I’ve seen at other taco spots. I don’t know if it’s worth it since I only got a taco this time. I didn’t care for their green salsa. I wonder if they offer a red one. I might like that better. Also they charged twenty cents extra for flour tortilla tacos. Ive seen places charge extra for certain types of meat but can’t recall extra for flour so that’s a heads up as well. I would think corn shells would be more expensive than flour but I guess not.

First time trying out this place. I pass by it all the time and finally made a stop. Food was delicious!! I got the chimichanga, it was bigger than I expected I was only able to eat half I saved the other half for my lunch. The chicken was very well seasoned just the right amount of flavor!! Worth the price!! Rice and beans were really good! The shrimp cocktail was really good had lots of shrimp. I will definitely be going back and trying out all the other food. They have drive through which is a plus Definitely recommend

Y’all, the California burrito has a choke hold on me. Whatever you’re doing in Arlington, it needs to involve stopping by. Don Taco.

The new Don Taco is clean and the staff is friendly but other than that it’s not that great. My wife got the street tacos which were good, I got the chimichanga which was absolutely awful. First off, it wasn’t even deep fried like they’re supposed to be. The beef in it was either old, some other meat or who knows. The rice and beans were fine.
Worst thing is the prices. Two meals, a medium and a large soft drink was $40. The drinks were $3.99 and $4.99 respectively. That’s insane. Those are beer prices. We are last week at Prince Lebanese Grill next door and we paid less with tip. And were served on real plates with proper silverware instead of foam trays and plastic utensils. For a place that’s quick service, it shouldn’t cost like a sit down restaurant.

The food is high quality, more on the authentic Mexican side. This isn’t Tex-Mex.
Their food is really good albeit the atmosphere is fast food.

Great selection, price and quality. I had the Chimichanga and the wife had the chili relleno. We both liked them. We did the drive through will go back. They could be on the rotation.
