Server was friendly and great to start! Chicken Parm was very dry. The Apple Moscato a bit too sweet for me so just ordered a Pinot Grigio and added to the drink. Tasty nonetheless. I think server went on break because we needed to ask another for the check.

I ordered Shrimp Carbonara. It was good. I was able to finish the whole plate.
I had the never ending salad. It was okay. I wish there was more dressing in it. When i asked for a refill they put more dressing in it.
My friend ordered the never ending soup. He said it was good too.
The ambience of the restaurant was nice and warm. The server was accommodating.
I gave 4 stars because when I walked to the restroom, i saw tiny bits of trash on the floor under different tables and even in the walking path. I found it messy for me.

I’ve done many Olive Garden reviews throughout the U.S. and the open, comfortable, spacious feeling of this one with the Italian ambiance made it so much more comfy. The waiter David has tried every dish and had great suggestions the Stuffed Chicken Marsala was so good especially when I asked for Alfredo sauce on it instead of the regular. Also the Stuffed Zita Fritti was on point. The service by the host and waitress and pleasant attitude just helped me wind down from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas shopping at the mall next door. Just if you like Olive Garden the employees, layout, and food at this one is excellent. Stop here and ask for David as he has extensive knowledge of the menu and a great attitude

I don’t know if the server was upset that he had to work on Valentine’s Day but it definitely showed throughout the experience. He shrugged at the fact my fiancé and I were gonna share a Chicken Parmesan, it’s what we usually get every time we come. He also charged $10 for a salad, usually it’s only an Add Salad charge of $6, or if we actually have a good server that’s nice they’ll add on the soup which comes out a bit cheaper. Would’ve loved to get to speak to a manager but no one seemed to be around and my server never came back after dropping off the food. No more breadsticks were offered. Will probably never be back at this location as it’s probably because it’s one of the newer locations.

My parents are obsessed w/ Olive Garden, so it’s pretty common for us to dine here. That being said, the menu’s been the same forever, which is great for consistency. But I like more variety, and since I’m lactose intolerant, I wish there were other non-dairy Italian beef & seafood options.
I really like the appeal of the neverending soup & salad, and their breadsticks are always the best! Although today’s visit, the gnocchi soup was too thick & creamy, not like the usual smooth consistency I’m accustomed to. And as per usual, the salad needed more dressing.
Overall, this location is great for the Gulfgate area; the floorplan is super open, and it exudes a simple elegance.

With expectations of Olive Garden already leading me to believe the food was good, well, the food was good.
There is something different about this particular Olive Garden in comparison to others. It may be the darker lighting mixed with creme and beige colors. It might be the overhead arc that add even more shadows, or I just like darker schemes. Either way, I enjoyed this places atmosphere.
Then, there is the service. Now let me tell you, my server, was phenomenal. Gabriela/Gabriella, you were fantastic in you service, communications and the amount of consist but not overabundent attention. If I had more money to tip you, I would of bought you a meal myself.
Olive Garden, take care of your people, because not just her, other staff had taken the time to acknowledge and ask how we are doing and it is greatly appreciated.
