The overhead menu board didn’t list what meats,cheeses or any other items of what actually comes on the subs. I had to look at a paper menu. I ordered a famous Tubby’s and a side of fried mushrooms which was pretty tasty and good. Only downfall was the sub only having 2 small pieces of tomato on it.

Ian seemed like everything was okay, at 5pm for dessert all they had were 3 cupcakes and 1 cookie in the whole display. I ordered 2 different subs, they double checked them to make sure they were correct, no, I got home 1 sub wasn’t even close to what I ordered and the second one was missing some things, and for $27 dollars 2 subs+2 fries, I don’t think that I would recommend this Tubby’s to any of my friends. The quality and taste has gone down tremendously.

Placed an order for 6 party trays for my sons grad party and everything was perfect. Subs were delicious, food was ready when we got there. Everything was awesome. Crowd loved the subs. I would highly recommend them for any catering you need. Fantastic job. Thank you Tubbys crew!!

Today was the first time I tried one of their salads. I never had a salad that I didn’t like and couldn’t finish eating it. Well, today is that day. First off, the grilled chicken is not what the picture advertises. It’s more of a cut-up/shredded type of chicken that should not be used in salads. The chicken and cheese were stuck together in clumps. Never had that happened before. They use shredded lettuce, which I don’t care for in a salad. I truly tried my best to eat it, but it was a no-go. Wasted money. I’ll just stick with their subs. The 1 star is for the salad only. Everything else is fine.

My food was excellent and I received really good service! Thank you.. I hate to complain, but I really would like to see the place a lot cleaner. Coming in the sub shop was cigarette buds on the ground in front of the door going in. Next the door going in and the windows are extremely dirty. The floors were dirty, The trash can by the door is dirty. I did not check the restroom and I’m hoping it was clean. There is always time to clean. After I left I sat in the parking lot eating my sub and I was watching in side the employees standing around talking on their cell phones. There is time to clean. This is a food environment and us customers want to eat a clean place. Again the food was great and the service was great. Maybe you could raise your standards on cleaning please.

I ordered 3 subs and Asked for a footlong XL’s and got a 8 inch’s very upset with this, called them to explain this was wrong and they complained and said there was nothing they could do and that I already paid. Very bad service as the staff were meth’n around’ 3/10
