service was okay, but food was awful. Burger was ice cold and obviously old, and fries were old and cold as well. It wasnt unreasonably late when I went either. At least could have attempted to reheat the food before giving it to us

Already called corporate. Went through drive thru on 6/1 pm. I had 2 vehicles ahead of me that placed orders and were waiting at the window. The lady that takes the orders said she would be right with me. After 5 minutes I’m calling out and tapped the horn. The other customers left and I’m still sitting there. Tapped my horn again and got nothing except drive thru window opened. At 10 minutes I layed down on the horn but still no service. Drove to the drive thru window and nobody came to the window. I got out and walked into the restaurant and saw 6 people standing around with nothing to do but talk. The lady that was taking orders said she had to take the orders as received (only 4 vehicles parked) and then tried to say it didn’t beep. I told her she’s lying because she answered it and told me she would be right with me. Reading the other reviews makes me realize this is the standard customer service at this location. The problem is this lady has no customer service skills whatsoever nor does she care. She is there to collect paycheck and socialize. Also poor management because they are not paying attention to surroundings and ensuring customers are served.

Took 15 minutes before our order was taken. Once food was brought and card taken to pay it took another 15 minutes before my fiance went to window with incorrect food we had been given and to get his card.
Order corrected but chili was cold. Didn’t bother asking to have remade. I ate what I could but cold chili is not good. Save your time and money – go anywhere else but here.

I stopped at Sonic for a quick iced tea on my way home. After receiving the wrong drink order and letting the carhop know, instead of a thank you or an apology she became rude like it was my fault. What is wrong with the teenagers working the service industry these days? I won’t go back matter of fact I won’t stop in this town again because A very similar incedent happened at another fastfood restaurant here the day before. Ugh!

The carhop attitude was very welcoming and nice. The food was good. Not exactly what I wanted, but exactly what I ordered, so it was my fault.
However, the bag was a little light on ketchup and salt, the mint, and there were no forks in it either that customarily comes with the entrees that were ordered. Even skimpy on the napkins.
The food was great. My only complaint was about accessories of the meal.

Sorry for the low review, but every single time I go here it takes them forever to bring me whatever it is I order even if it’s just a drink and even if there’s not many people. I seriously don’t understand why it would take 20 mins give or take to bring 2 drinks to me with a max of maybe 5 or 6 people there besides me. Even in the drive thru it takes about the same about of time. Other than that the food is good and the staff are friendly I just wish they would try to do their job a little faster I understand perfection takes time but it is called fast food for a reason ya know? Anyways sorry for the rant just wanted to give my honest opinion
