The employees are rude and don’t want to work. I just went through and before I could finish ordering they were trying to give me my total. After I got my food I was missing a large fry and when I walked in they were sitting in the lobby talking. One employee said to put napkins in my bag and the girl who was supposed to be on drive through said not to because they had napkins in the lobby I could grab.

This Wendy’s is absolutely awful! My husband and I have lived out here my whole life..and every single time we order nuggets it is a 20 minute process through the drive-thru. My husband and I to avoid the annoying weight in the drive-through will place mobile orders and then we’ll still be forced to wait upon arriving. We were next-door at the pelican car wash for over 20 minutes before attempting to pick up our mobile order. This is outrageous. It is incredibly frustrating that we had to wait over 10 minutes and we still did not get our full order. Then when we call no one answers the phone. I am done with Wendy’s.

Took 15 min before the car at the window got drinks 5 cars back could see window and order area but line never moved 9pm – finally left with no food because it was taking so long. When I pulled out, the first car was actually still there pulled up waiting on food and second car still didn’t have drinks

My burger was rare. When I got all the way back home and started to eat it first bite I spit it right back out. Put it in the microwave for a full minute patty only. The cheese melted off and burnt but patty was finally done. I tried to call and got a message machine. I wanted to warn them. How many more were they serving raw.
There was no baked potatoes and had to wait for them to cook fries.

I wrote this review waiting in this line that has not moved in over 10 minutes. Over all it took me close to 20 minutes to get my food with only 4 cars ahead of me, and this wasn’t the first time. I just got tired of seeing this happen the past few times I visited. Do not expect quick drive thru service at this location.

I received the best service at this. Wendy’s, I actually wanna give a shout out. I don’t know the employee’s name or if she was a manager but food was hot. They didn’t ask me to pull up to save their timer. Like other locations and the food was delicious. Thank you.
