I was excited to try this place for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Customer service was poor and not welcoming, especially toward new customers. When I asked if my pizza could be split into multiple toppings, I was immediately told no without explanation or alternatives. I waited over 40 minutes, while several customers who arrived after me received their orders much sooner. It was clear that regular customers were prioritized.
The food did not justify the price. The pizza was overpriced and overrated — the crust tasted stale and the sauce was overly sweet. On top of that, my order was incorrect. I ordered half combo and half pepperoni with olives and mushrooms, but the combo half was missing.
There was also a noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Others were greeted warmly and assisted, while I was simply handed my order and had to retrieve my own soda. Help was only offered after the employee noticed.
Overall experience:
• Long wait time
• Poor customer service
• Overpriced food
• Incorrect order
• Not welcoming to new customers

This was one of the worst customer experiences ever! We got in the kid was kind of rushing us for never having been there before only to give the worst service! Ice machine wasn’t working and couldn’t even give a good answer if it would. When we got the pizza, which tasted decent, kid couldn’t even bring the Parmesan or chili flakes, had to ask for that, never once checked on us. There were several dirty tables no one ever even tried to clean, but they all had plenty of time to sit in back and talk it up. We finished and just wanted to get out of there, no one even realized we’d left cause they weren’t doing their job checking on anything. We will never go back here ever, couldn’t even get any of their attention for the bathroom code. One of my worst experiences ever since coming to Butte County. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stop as driving thru. Plus the prices are way to high for what you get, it’s ridiculous.

Food is good but service needs improvement. I asked the guy at the counter for marinara, he said they dont have any? Pretty sure thats what goes on pizza, also ordered no onions and feel like onions were doubled instead.

Truck drivers on Hwy 99, this is your stop. They let me park in their large dirt lot overnight. I dropped 45$ for pizza, potato skins, and salad. I had to get a box to go because I was stuffed. The potato skins were phenomenal, salad was perfect, and pizza was bomb. Reviewers mention the younger people working here as if its a bad thing, but they are awesome. Clean eating area, clean restrooms, small arcade. I’m 100% coming back as much as I can.

We normally visit this place ones a month but we haven’t been there for a couple months. I was so very excited to be able to go yesterday for dinner. They had a bunch of kids working that were playing around, being very loud. They weren’t busy they had one other customer. When we got the pizza it was soaked in oil and it extremely soggy and uncooked dough had to return it and got my money back. Very disappointing. They weren’t very nice about it. I used to love this pizza and we came from Oroville. Not sure what’s going on over there. They told me the managers/ owner they’re only there one day a week.

Disgusting. When we entered, there was leftover food a plates over most of the tables. There were only a few tables near the salad bar area that were clean. Decided not to eat there, thinking maybe the food wasn’t very clean either.

Second time here, great pizza. Average price, friendly staff when you order,then no one checks if everything is ok. Four o’clock & a couple of younger staff take over,kind of loud talking in the back to the point you can’t hear the t.v. Definitely worth checking out. Tried adding a new review,so here we go! Third time, I accidentally ordered the wrong bread, realized it when it got to the table, our EXCELLENT server brought the bread I intended to order FREE! Also these folks have great beer & beer prices P.S. TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT OILY PIZZA? DON’T ORDER MEAT STUPID!!! DUH!
