I’m very disappointed with the customer service here. The bartender was extremely inattentive and dismissive. She was taking everyone else’s orders while completely overlooking me. It took a long time just to receive a menu, and after finally getting it I waited about 11 minutes just to try to place an order. She kept disappearing to the back and never came up to take my order properly. Instead, she stood at the register and yelled across the room asking what I wanted.
When my order was ready, she simply told me it was out without asking if I needed anything else, even though I planned on ordering additional drinks. She was also rude in her tone and never mentioned that the pizza I ordered had an additional charge.
What really bothered me was when she finally brought my food. She was walking around helping other customers while holding my pizza in her hand. When I mentioned that I didn’t like my food being carried around while she was serving other people, she rolled her eyes and said the pizza box wasn’t open.
I called the manager, Gina, to explain the situation because I wanted to give the establishment a chance to address the issue instead of immediately leaving a bad review. Unfortunately, she was also dismissive. The only thing she said was that she appreciated me calling. No apology, no solution, and no attempt to make the situation right.
What makes this worse is that I was just there on Saturday and also had trouble getting drinks, even while sitting at the bar. I decided to give them another chance by coming back on Monday, hoping the service would be better. Unfortunately, it was even worse.
The bartenders here are very rude and clearly lack proper customer service training. I won’t be returning and will be choosing other places to spend my money.

Overly crowded on the weekends. Hard to get around bar to get drinks. Its like a barricade with all the layers of people standing around the bar. The food is great and service is good if you can get to the bar.

The food was delicious I ordered a pizza (best crust I’ve ever eaten) potato skins made right large and filled with cheeses and bacon, Honey garlic wings were lightly coated and crisp . Service started off slow the bartender was not attentive at all! No smile no warm greeting. Another bartender took over and she was Excellent There is a cigar section on the patio that’s too close to the main bar on the patio it smelled sooo bad it was stifling. It needs to be moved further away in a back section of the beautiful patio after all this is a restaurant. The DJ was Fantastic!!!!

This is a nice sports bar. I went here to see Dr. Umar and was satisfied with my experience. This bar supposedly has excellent wings, but I didn’t try them. This sports bar has a large outdoor terrace with private cabanas with sofas inside, which looked quite comfortable. This sports bar’s outdoor terrace had an excellent atmosphere for Dr. Umar’s event, and the event was managed very well. I gave this sports bar five stars because its outdoor terrace is a great venue for events and because it supposedly has good wings, which I’ll have to come back to try.

Our food is very good with any restaurant that you go to. You must have patience and wait on your food because nobody serves cold food so we serve hot meals directly out of the kitchen with chefs, not cooks and we are very good upstanding.

I’ve been here a few times now. Love the music, it’s my era, no crazy disrespectful rap. The food is good. A little pricy but good. Clean, nice atmosphere. Service is a little slow though but overall good place.

Serving customers old wings that been sitting all day, and slapping sauce on them is unacceptable. I bet the cook wouldn’t serve themselves very hard, cold, and old wings. First time customer, and will not return.
