They always fix a mistake. The portion sizes are way better, and better made then the Taco bell in town. And is hot! the one in town is serves cold and or old food with small portions. This one on base is WAY better imo.

The food is good but the lady at the drive through window is not good. I gave a gift card worth 15 dollars and a twenty for our meal that was 21 dollars. She used the twenty and took a dollar off the gift card like why would I give you the gift card for you not to use it. Anyway the people working the drive through are dumb.

Good for quick food on the go, but not awesome. Tacos were lettuce, cheese and sour cream heavy (lite on meat), and burritos were just the opposite. Fountain drinks were flat.

Extremely slow, the employees look and act like they are irritated to be there. Management has no control. A good leader could turn this place around, this establishment does not have one. Waited over 40 minutes for my order, unacceptable.

I’m a door dasher and taco bell’s orders regularly take 90 min. They need to shut down their door dash capabilities until they can resolve their issues. Also they have terrible food.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell! Nice cheap Mexican food that tastes pretty good. Line was a little long, because they had someone new running the register. No big deal! I’m sure they will get better! I will definitely be going back!

I’m not a Karen but this is absolutely disgusting!! I watched an employee (older man 7pm on 1/31/23 white SUV) in uniform walk out of the restaurant and get on his phone and smoke a cigarette with his blue gloves on (will be sharing the video with management) then he walked back inside and got right back to work, disgusting gloves & all….PLEASE retrain your staff that ANYTIME you switch a task you must change your gloves.
