If I could give zero stars I would !!
Absolutely terrible food and service here,
I spent $50 for
one hotdog ,
1 French fries
10 piece chicken wings ,
you could Break your teeth on
A small cheese pizza,
took 2 1/2 hours, 2 separate trips ,
everything was COLD
ENFIELD PIZZA blamed the rain !
What would they do during a snowstorm?
The waitress in training who answered the phone said she would give me a five dollar credit , I laughed , when I spent $50.
when I asked to speak to an owner or a manager. The guy who picked up my call said he was the manager ,he replied ,
call back tomorrow and speak to the owner,
Another call , mind you the same guy I spoke to before now Claiming he’s the owner
stay clear.
I hate to see what they’ll do in snowstorm,
save yourself time and aggravation.
It took
two 1/2 hours & 5 separate phone calls
LASTLY 2 separate trips
Real Italian food right up the road, not far and I should’ve gone with my gut instinct , (grandkids wanted me to come here)
Sophia‘s pizzeria chicken parm never fails deliver or in house dining warm bread, butter, dinner salad, and a lot of real Italian
food, warm and delicious food
delivered !!

Used to LOVE Enfield Pizza. Ordered there once a week when I lived in Thompsonville. I believe they are under new ownership or management as of about a year or two ago? Either way, I ordered a Cold Cut Wrap that was DRENCHED in Mayo (I asked for no mayo) and was missing lettuce and tomato. Couldn’t eat the thing it was gross. Ordered a large salad, and they used to be one of my favorite places to order salad from, and the cucumbers looked like they were 3 years old, lettuce was brown, and the extra peppers request was ignored. My girlfriend ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza. She got an onion pizza. How do you forget pepperoni?! Not impressed at all. Very disappointed to see one of my favorite spots go SO down hill. So sad. Won’t be going back.

We placed an online order for a BLT club and clearly wrote “no cheese” in the order notes.
Unfortunately, the sandwich arrived with cheese on it. We called to have the issue corrected since we needed a replacement delivered. Not only did we not receive an apology, but we were also charged for the replacement sandwich.
I’m not someone who expects free items or special treatment, but when an order note is overlooked and the customer is required to pay to fix that mistake – without even an acknowledgment of the error — it’s frustrating and disappointing.
The situation could have been handled much better with simple accountability and basic customer service.

The Chicken Parm was delivered to my Hotel hot, and was the best Chicken Parm I’ve ever eaten!
Never been disappointed with Enfield Pizza, just pleasantly surprised.
My Girlfriend ordered an Artichoke small Pizza, and she loved it as well!

It’s the cheapest, most decent pizza in the area. Additionally, I had an issue with an order and they were happy to remake it for me which is incredible service. My kids wouldn’t have eaten what was delivered so for me, that was above and beyond.

This was our go to place in town. Stick to the grinders and pizza only. You can taste the overly used oil on the over cooked fried. My omelet wasn’t a special order, just one from the menu. Feta and tomatoes, not hard to make. Yet my omelet didn’t even have 1 tomatoe in it.
Errors in several orders have us looking for a better local business.
Quick with delivery is a waste of your order isn’t correct.

So tonight i ordered from enfield pizza.. cost 30 approx The issue was what i ordered was not correct (ordered a cheeseburger grinder with sautéed onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, toasted!! Simple right!!
Can of orange soda, fries and broccoli bites
Order came with no soda, no cheese, no mayo, raw onions, on a un toasted roll!!
I am not one to complain but i decided to call the store…. They offered me a $3.00 credit!! Are you serious!! You screwed up and i got a $3.00 credit…. Never again will i he ordering from them!! I wasnt asking for a refund but $3.00. Really?? Thats one way to lose a customer!! Thanks for nothing Enfield Pizza

Great Clams Casino Pizza Experience.
This is a hard pizza to find that is made right. These folks nailed it. Lots of clams and bacon. Cheese was cooked perfectly and the crust is very good. The house salad is huge and the balsamic dressing is excellent. It came with nice & warm garlic bread. The service is very friendly and the kitchen is super fast. It was a crazy snowy day and they had the parking lot completely cleared. The prices are very good. Looking forward to repeating.

I work right down the street from here. I ordered a cheeseburger delude with fries. The burger was hard as a rock, the patty was sooo thin , cold food would never order from here again. Wasn’t even fresh. More lettuce than meat. Oh I asked for pickles and didn’t even receive any. Shouldn’t have tipped them anything.
