Picked up pizza for my team. No one on my team has ever complained about the pizza from Rosati’s either. I don’t spend a whole lot of time talking to the staff but they have always been polite and professional with me. I have never had any issues using their online ordering. No issues with mixups on orders. What I order is what I get. Thanks Rosati’s.

I ordered by phone and they said it would be 30 minutes….i went to store 25 minutes after ordering…took about 3 minutes for someone to come out from back and acknowledge me. I paid for order and waited another 10-15 minutes for food.
Wings were very greasy and mostly skin and batter. Pizza was good as always.
Overall experience was average at best.

We Called ahead of time to confirm a coupon. Never applied the coupon, then said it was too late. Pizza took another 25 minutes when they told us a half hour. Saw them putting it in the oven when I arrived, and they thought it was funny. Not sure about this location, but ours in Bolingbrook is great, and they don’t BS you.

Order on 12/27 ordered cheef Italian beef. On the menu it gives you options, so request sweet peppers and be cut in 1/2, and dipped. Suppose to have mozzarella cheese, there were very little cheese, wasn’t cut in 1/2, wasn’t dipped. I say it was an epic fail. (took a picture of what I received) . When I did curbside pickup, the person who answered phone was short. Told her i had pickup. Dead air. I said I have notification stating it was done. Dead air again. I said are you bringing it out? She hangs up on me. So I will say not a pleasant experience. Haven’t tried the wings yet. But I like they aren’t coated with breading. Smell good
Previous order review ~~ Great customer service. Food is GREAT! The lasagna was a great value for the price and the flavor… the best! I like the daily specials they offer. I wish I had taken a picture for you to see, I didn’t think about it until now. So glad Dekalb ~ Rosati’s is here… thank you.

Went to pick up my 60th Anniversary / 1964 price 14” pizza and they tried to charge the full price. Note that I ordered it online before noon for a later pick up time after work. They said the promo code was not working now. I find that odd since I had a complete order to pay cash at pick up, a pick number & time. The lady was nice but was really pushing that I pay the full price. After being persistent I told her that I do not want the pizza if they are not fulfilling my order at the correct price. She acted dumbfounded on what to do. Then she mentioned that “they” would have to figure it out later in the day. I even showed her my screenshot showing the information and price. It sounds like they were overwhelmed and did not want to participate in the special. Not a very good way to get customers to come back. Kind of the bait and switch idea. Also, the pizza was barely warm so it was obviously sitting in the warmer for a while. Very disappointing. Great idea to promote business and celebrate a businesses anniversary but poorly executed by the store.

Service was very sub par. For starters the cheese pizza slice that I ordered didn’t even have cheese all over it. Secondly I went in at lunch time while they run the lunch special it would’ve been nice to have been offered a drink with my slice or even some Parmesan or pepper or anything but I wasn’t. I could see if they were super busy but I was the only one in the lobby.
