Ordered a whole Steak n cheese. The meat was weighed in a bowl. He put some cheese of that meat on the grill then put the rest to the side. I asked about it cause this is not the first time I’ve seen them portion the meat out then take some from that and put it on the side. I wanted all my meat. I asked for it. She showed me an empty bowl that previously had the rest of my meat in it. I asked what did you do with it. They ignored me. I got it anyway hoping it would have enough meat. It didn’t. They skimped me and everyone that orders a steak n cheese. They keeping just enough to make themselves a sandwich. They steal enough from you to make them a sandwich with your stolen portions that you paid for. That’s my theory. Where’s my meat? In the employee stomach not mine.

This establishment is terrible. The young lady that assisted us with our order was very rude. We paid for our order and when we came back to check the status of our food she implied that we did not pay for our meal. The communication was not there and we tried to get clarity but the young lady was very upset and would not listen. Thankfully there was another employee that was able to explain in detail about the bill that is was partially paid and the add on was not included. It was very frustrating that the customer service was not there and I will never eat at this establishment again.

Called in my niece in ICU requested a steak and cheese everything extra mayo no tomatoes she opened the sandwich and broke out in tears their was no ketchup up mustard nor mayo and such small amount of steak .. omg I felt horrible called today no answer now il be redeeming myself for the rest of her stay Thanks to JERRYS

Worst carryout ever. Don’t bother calling in an order. They don’t start making food til you get there. They have gotten my order wrong the last 2 visits. My problem is you take my order, read it back to me, then still short me half of what I ordered. I may be partially at fault for not checking my food, but I’ve never have to check before at any other carryout. I only go at night because it’s not much open after 11 when I get off.

I justvpurchased some of the best shrimp human I’ve had in years delicious sauce stayed thick and I couldn’t eat it all and had a lot of huge shrimp in it not too spicy but spicy . Try it you won’t regret it!

This little whole in the wall had a great taste of food. Even though it’s technology and atmosphere are a bit outdate the food here was really good and fresh. My order of Friend chicken wings with fried rice and 2 Steak and cheese egg rolls took about 10 minutes to be ready and was reaLy satisfying. I was a bit skeptical of what my meal would be like upon arrival of the outdated carryout but I had a pretty good experience.
