This location is by far the best around! Everyone is extremely nice.I drive out of my way to eat at this location. The management team is 5 stars! All employees I’ve dealt with are 5 stars! Bathrooms are cleaner than most stores. I eat here 2 days a week for the past 6 months. By far the best Zaxbys I’ve ever ate at!

Placed my order and asked for it to go. I have had Zaxby’s at different locations from Nevada to Georgia and always really good. This location is awful! Ordered (2) 6pc chicken finger dinners. The chicken was so salty it was inedible, no coleslaw and the Texas toast was made hours ago. My friend had never tried it before and we won’t be having it again. Not from this location anyway.

But, the drive thru order takers need to be retrained. They try to speed talk thru your order, while you’re speaking…
Understanding it’s fast food, but I’ve worked in fast food… You don’t try to rush the customer…
Last thing, at the pickup window… Try to at least act like you’re not pissed that I ordered.. they just grab your payment and toss the food to you..

Ordered online for curbside (only option on app)..followed directions found in my confirmation email and the app in regards to parking and checking in. Waited 15 minutes and no food. Went in to check on status…was not greeted by employees, counter employee standing around chatting with other people…food found on the pick up shelf instead of them bringing it out as promised. The food was correct and good but service severely lacking.

I don’t know what their problem was, but I went up there and ordered 2 large fries, 2 sides of seasoning, and a large peach tea. I was charged $1.50 a piece for cups of seasoning that looked like the pictures attached. Not only that, my fries were colder than a dead person. IN ADDITION, the guy taking our order was barely coherent. When we reached the window, the stench of marijuana filled our ENTIRE car, and his eyes were so bloodshot that he looked like he was pepper sprayed multiple times. My tea did not have any tea in it, too.

I recently visited Zaxbys, and I was so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was a 10/10. It had such a cozy, vibrant, feel with cool historical artwork on the walls, a great playlist that really set the mood for me and my wife. Wish we had one closer just like this in Pa.

We used to love zaxbys but the last year or two it’s been awful. Our food is always wrong or old & the managers are extremely rude when you try and get your order corrected. And long wait times inside and drive thru just for the order to be wrong & have to wait again

A big shout out to manager Adam and employee Tammy. These people were amazing. So friendly and kind. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely come in while on vacation. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean. Food was very good. I highly recommend the Zensation Zalad and their peach tea is amazing

I ordered the house zalad. When I went to eat it the cucumbers tasted terrible like they were rotted. I had my husband taste them and he had to spit them out. I took them out of my salad and could not even eat the rest of my salad, it tasted funny. My husband took my salad up to the manager and told her about the cucumbers and all she said was okay. Never offered us anything else and just walked away. We will not be going back. I did not want another salad, just wanted her to know. She could have at least have apologized. We will not go back!

I really enjoy Zaxby’s and we had been travelling on the West Coast. Stopped on our way traveling in Tennessee at Lexington. Worst experience I have ever had at a Zaxby’s. Blonde woman with pony tails was not friendly and seemed pissed she was there. Food all over the floor. It was dirty the tables were dirty. The food was cold when we got it because it sat in the window waiting for something else to be finished. I was very disappointed. Never seen one this bad.
