I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express Tracy California. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. On top of the long wait, when I finally received my food, the portion sizes were incorrect and noticeably smaller.
There was no explanation or apology for the delay, and the issue with the portions made the experience even more frustrating. I expect better consistency and customer service from a place like Panda Express. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.

I do not recommend ordering to go from this place. Horrible. My order was placed for 6 p.m. I arrived at 6:15 p.m. and they had a long line of back orders. I tried to ask about my order, but the ladies would not even look at my order or ask for my name. She just assumed it wasn’t ready and ignored me. I didn’t get my order until 6:28 p.m., almost 30 minutes past the promised time! This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a Panda Express, and I’ve been to many in different cities.

Typical panda, the staff was efficient and appeared to have prepared enough food for the initial dinner rush. The only thing is the seasoning seemed to be lacking compared to other locations, I think, for the fried rice and chow mein.
