I’ve known the owner of K’s Koffee, for well over 35 years now, as we grew up together. So, not only have I known her as a friend, but I’ve also been a dedicated patron of her business. Karissa is one of the kindest, most warm-hearted, and compassionate, people that you’ll ever meet! Not only is she amazing, but her carefully crafted crew, is top-tier! You are always met with big smiles, friendly hellos, and consistent drink orders. That’s a perfect way to start our day. Karissa and her crew, keep my employees and I energized, and ready to take on whatever the day throws at us, any day of the week!! Their peanut butter is real and can be added to any drink. The 9 to 5 is our go to drink. Extra shots are reasonably priced and the flavor is excellent. They are so friendly and aim to please each time.

My family and I go here about every other day. We order near the same thing and the gals working here always deliver. They are sweet, they listen, and they generally repeat my order back to make sure it’s right. Very excited for a new place in town to get coffee. Would like longer hours (currently closes at 1pm), but I understand it would be hard to maintain in such a small town.
One of my favorite features is their suggestions menu at the window. They have protein drinks and food on the menu. They also break down how each item and drink can be changed to meet almost any dietary need.
On top of all this, the drinks are great too! I definitely recommend K’s Koffee.

My daughter and I decided to give this place a shot while in town visiting. Absolutely 10/10 for service, coffee and atmosphere. The baristas are very polite and the coffee is the best I’ve found around stayton/sublimity. My daughter loves the little game table they have set up and inside is cute and cozy. We both agree this our favorite coffee shop away from home and we will definitely be making this our go-to whenever in Sublimity.

Cozy old country cafe with friendly service. They were so kind giving drink suggestions. Boy their menu was large with many ways to customize your drink! Outdoors seating in a small courtyard between the buidings or cozy up inside next to a fireplace. They also have a drive through window. Very cute and fitting for the small town vibe. Will come by to visit anytime we are in the area!

Free WiFi for remote working, with a delicious blended coffee. About a mile off Highway 22. Also had drive-thru. I recommend the “Welcome Home” with oat milk and extra cinnamon. I generally get it hot, but someone else just recommended I try it blended.
