Ordered to go in the lobby because truck is too big. Famous bowl had chicken that was probably more than an hour old, and barely any at that. I was told they were out of fries. And the chicken sandwich had chicken that was so difficult to take a bite out of, I actually drove back and requested a refund. Also the lobby attendant was mildly unpleasant. The root beer was good though.

Extremely rude and disrespectful by their older employee or possible manager. Asked what sort of condiments did they have for the onion rings and the older lady with glasses, (I’m assuming the manager) laughed, said, “JuSt KeTcHuP ”, then called me ma’am (more laughter which I ignored), and I went to their window and asked again what condiments do they other than ketchup because they refused to tell me. Furthermore, after getting to the window I had a discussion with the rude manager old lady about how she did not need to be rude as it’s her job to tell me as I don’t work there, never will as a US Army Veteran, it isn’t my job to know, it’s your job…Nevertheless, I got my order and they deliberately over saturated my Cod sandwich I order (look at photos, it’s absolutely soaked) when I did nothing wrong or was rude myself, just kindly asked her not to be rude as it wasn’t appreciated. I’m appalled with the unprofessionalism of this place, especially from an older woman who should have an high enough IQ to know better on how to treat customers, especially when your the problem.
PS. They also didn’t give me fries for my Cod Sandwich combo which I paid for. Sickening. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Came in and ordered a family meal and a spicy sandwich. Not impressed.
– The woman who took our order was pulling on/twirling her hair while helping us. Not sanitary. And not at all friendly.
– Parts of the order were missing when I got home
– Biscuits were sticky dough and not fully cooked (photo)

Tried to order food with no one behind us and they told us to pull forward when we didn’t because we were the only ones there. Man grabbed the Assistant Manager and he came up telling us to pull forward. Again, we were the only ones there, no cars behind us. There reason was “because we’re on a timer”. We ordered one thing. When the window was closed we heard them cussing. Not recommended unless you like poor service.

We will never be back to this specific location. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was told it would take 6 minutes to drop fresh. After a 45-minute wait in the parking lot, food finally came out.. the fries were cold, so we asked for hot fries. They salted them to the point they were inedible..
Stop telling people to pull around so your drive times look great, but really, people are waiting 30+ minutes. Poor Management. Poor service.

i was on vacation, the customer service alone, had me coming back everyday. the woman working, i think she’s the manager, was so kind, conversations with her, are the reason i kept going back. the store was so clean, i felt more then comfortable eating inside. and the view of the mountains leaving the store, was really the cherry on top. all in all, i enjoyed every part of this experience.

Sometimes I stop at fast food restaurants expecting subpar food. This time was not the case! The drive through was super fast and the staff was very courteous. My order was 100% correct and was missing no sauces. When I got home, the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Very good value for the price. I definitely recommend this KFC location. I will be back.

Chicken tastes like KFC should. The portion size was very disappointing. The kitchen was very disorganized and had a difficult time getting orders out. On top of that, they forgot several items, we had to go back and ask for them. The dining area had not been attended to, most tables were littered with food remnants. Will likely make other choices for my friend chicken cravings.

I went to this location to find biscuit dough lining the outside wall trim. I waited 40 minutes in the parking parking lot only to receive half of my order. I was called “sir”( very obvious I’m a woman )by the “manager” I watched a person get pulled over get their ticket and leave, I watched not one but two employees leave for the night 7 cars that were waiting ahead of me received their orders I’m still sitting there… take my advice do not come here hywy 85/87 morale can’t possibly get any lower not to mention basic standards. If you value your time and don’t want greasy, over cooked,dry, chicken avoid this location. Obviously their corporate office doesn’t care to even look at the reviews or something should have been done by now .
