I have not been to this location in two years
Two weeks ago, I decided to revisit and to my surprise this Starbucks has come full circle.
The customer service is finally back to being on par with how it should be…which is EXCELLENT!!!!
It’s nice to see the employees being upheld to higher standards by Logan, who demonstrates extraordinary leadership skills.
Jules, Logan, Aleena, & Analyse….You all ROCK!!!!!!
From start to finish, the four of you are wonderful to interact with when starting my mornings.
It was also a very pleasant surprise to see the Store Manager, Tanya out and about in the cafe speaking to regular guests….this created a warm & welcoming atmosphere.
These are the reasons for repeat customers and visits.
I highly recommend this location!

I went through drive thru to order my drink and asked if a frappe drink would be able to be made into an iced drink. This has been done at other Starbucks nearby so I assumed it would be able to be done at this one too. The cashier said it couldn’t be done because stuff put into frappe drinks are exclusively for frappe drinks which had me confused since its been done at other Starbucks places. Maybe if they didn’t know what the customer was asking for I would have thought they’d get someone more experienced. I believe the drive thru cashier at the time was named Jade. Just not a good way to start off the morning of my exam.

I have many, many complaints about this particular issue and Starbucks. I only post the crazy bad ones. Please tell me how this is 2 EXTRA scoops of strawberry, which I paid EXTRA for. No, it isn’t a mistake where they added boba instead. I paid for that, too. This drink was almost $10. There’s no excuse to be cheap. It’s BS.

they remade my drink 3 times each time it tasted like garbage. it’s not even that difficult of a drink. the dude that took my order is weird and fake and unpleasant and the girls working their butts off making gross drinks aren’t any better. had to get my drink refunded. i hate this location

Worst Starbucks location, bad service, it takes over 30 mi. To get coffee when I mobile order is just crazy, they don’t prioritize orders as they receive them, I saw cars coming and going in the drive thru and in store the same people waiting

I always order drinks from here and the service is really fast i work 12 hours every-time i order from here so coffee is really what i got to go through my day but i had been ordering matcha grande no ice and always gotten half drink half foam, always. Its just very disappointing. I had to order tall matcha again but the same thing half drink half foam and its almost $6 for the tall.

Staff is always so friendly! But the drive thru lane is always way too backed up, parking to walk in isn’t much better because the backed up drive thru blocks the parking spots.
