Ordered delivery via Uber Eats. The food portion was great – 1 bento was enough for 2 people!! Also the food tasted like home-cooked meals 🙂 It was still warm when it was freshly delivered, food was not salty (something I care a lot about personally). Decent quality and portion size for the price! Note that if you are ordering via Uber Eats all the items are about $2 more expensive than if you order in-store (I learned from the flyer they had included with the delivery). But still worth the value. The only thing I would recommend is they forgot the pickled ginger and since the dishes were quite oily in general, I think it would be better (taste-wise and digestion-wise) to include some sort of pickled vegetable on the side, whether radish/cabbage/ginger/gherkin. Only a suggestion though, if I had the opportunity. Otherwise enjoyed it very much and happy with the deal (got buy 1 get 1 free deals)

I don’t like leaving bad reviews about a place that I have previously loved…but tonite I had fried rice that was half white rice and zero flavor and really not cooked at all. I had asked for extra wasabi and received zero wasabi. My noodles were soaked in a bed of oil…and my spring rolls were all grease and little filling…I wish I could say I’d go back but not after this experience

Food is amazing, and such a good deal for it too! I always go for/recommend the teriyaki chicken with rice and vegetables. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy, and the chicken is always seasoned well. Thank you!

I ordered my food through Uber eats and found a very long strand of hair in it mixed in with my chicken. When I called the store to give them the opprotunity to fix it he told me to call uber eats and cancel it. after I explained that I already recieved the order and could not cancel he offered to deliver a new order to me. He gave me a number to text my address which I did. over an hour later I called back and he told me to cancel with uber eats.

Tori Japan is probably the most affordable healthy meal you can find anywhere in Boston. You will pay under $11 includes taxes for chicken , shrimp, vegetables with rice. It always last me two meals because I can’t eat the whole thing. The staff is kool never had any issues with disrespect. I go there about 3-5 times a month. I highly recommend them.
