Horrible experience yesterday. I was served by a young lady with glasses and a ponytail and her energy was so horrible and felt as if she made my food sloppy as well because of her energy. I’m very understanding that people that people have bad days but sheesh the energy and rudeness was so bad I really didn’t even want to order anymore. The other young lady was nice that rung the order up but honestly the other one ruined my entire experience which sucks because I like this location but I don’t think I will ever come spend my money here again.

A coworker and I have been coming to this Moe’s weekly for years, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Kat is usually who’s behind the counter and she’s always been incredibly efficient, kind and helpful when it comes to getting our food quickly and well prepared.

This is the new test location where they have items not found at other Moe’s. The Street Tacos are amazing. The place is very nice. The customer service is great. This is an upgrade from my previous experience at Moe’s. Good clean restrooms with changing tables.

The last few times I’ve been they put the receipt in the bag with the chips. Not the worst thing ever but a little gross. Today they put the receipt INSIDE the tinfoil resting on top of my stack. It literally heated the receipt up and smeared the ink on my stack. Not only gross but dangerous

I wanted to take the time to post about my most recent experience. I’ve been eating at Moe’s for years, but this was the first time I used their catering service for a casual, small gathering I was having at my house. The customer service I received from the moment I ordered online was great. Pickup was super easy. Food was already ready and hot. They packed it really well and brought everything out to my car. No spilling at all! The food though…..was BOMB. Again, I’ve been eating at Moe’s for years, but I felt like the food was exceptionally good. Everyone was talking about it. Good amount of food for the price. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture of the set up. We dug right in. Will definitely use their catering serving again!

Moe’s is one of my favorite places to eat. We typically go to the Moes on highway 92, but we were coming from a different direction this time so decided to stop here. We pull up a little over an hour before close, and as we pull up, one of the employees threw up their hands in disgust looking in our direction. Immediately we were about to leave, but we love Moe’s so we’d give them a shot. We go in, and it wasn’t much better. My wife asked for a junior burrito, and the girl gave her a kids. My wife asked “hey is that a kids burrito” and she was like “yeah did you want a junior” and my wife said yes. The girl throws the kid one to the same, visibly frustrated. As we were checking out, the girl gave my wife a cup and there was accidentally two, and she tried to give it back and the girl walks away saying “yours now.” Just not a great experience overall. If you can avoid this Moes and go to a different one, I’d advise you do so

I stopped by here in late June and had an awful experience. The staff were rude and dismissive. The portion sizes were the smallest I’ve seen at any Moe’s location. When I was checking out, the cashier admonished me for trying to use a coupon saying it was a ‘corporate store’ and they weren’t sure they took them. She told me I should have informed her prior that I was using a coupon – something I’ve never done at half a dozen other Moe’s locations. When I left, I felt compelled to file a complaint on Moe’s website.. That same day someone from the store responded and told me he would make it right and issue me a ‘gift.’ It’s been almost two months now and no such reward has been emailed to me as promised. Do yourself a favor, skip eating at this location and head to the Acworth location. I’ve never had any of these issues at that location. Poor service, small portions, and poor management.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Dunno what’s going on with Moe’s lately, but literally every time I order, I get the broken, small amount of chips in the images provided. They advertise free chips and salsa with every item – ordered three items AND two cups of guac, and this is what I get. No salsas to speak of, and the chips you see. I didn’t realize tortilla chips were such a costly item for the restaurants – I guess that’s why I see giant bins of them behind the counter every time I go in. Maybe don’t advertise FREE chips and salsa with literally every item if it’s such a big deal for you?
Homewrecker burrito was cold and the bowls weren’t much better – I would really advise you to spend your money elsewhere, this is a giant waste.

Well Moe’s, you had a good run but the boys down at corporate must have made some cuts and we’re going elsewhere for burritos moving forward.. Got about 1/3 the usual amount of chips that have been standard for 20 years or so. Its very noticeable the moment you open the bag. But the most criminal thing was the burrito. It was about 95% rice with about a spoonful of chicken and 2 or 3 shreds of cheese and lettuce. Hope you boys in the office make bonus this quarter but you won’t be seeing another penny from this family.

No Cheddar Jack cheese is wild. New steak cooking method is nasty. Steak is dry, no flavor, and tough. Moes needs to get back to the old ways. Never even had chipotle before but it’s probably better. Don’t recommend till they fix things. Wack!!
