Everything was great, the food was amazing. I was bothered by a workers kid that kept bothering me and my husband. He was being random sauce to my table when I didn’t want it. He was making fun of another customers kid. Fine a babysitter or figure something out.

Ordered two sandwiches, and both were a major disappointment. The bread was so wet and soggy that it completely fell apart. The “Loaded Italian” sandwich didn’t live up to its name either, there was no lettuce and only a single slice of tomato. I also ordered two sides of cheddar sauce with curly fries, but the fries were old, hard, and practically inedible, while the cheddar cups weren’t even filled halfway (despite costing $0.99 each). It’s frustrating to see how little attention to quality there is these days, especially as prices continue to rise.

Absolutely a terrible experience. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru about 10 minutes ago. We get home and the only good thing about our order was the roast beef gyro. The fries were old and soggy. The buffalo chicken slider was very old and I had requested extra ranch on the slider and it said it on the receipt. There was barely any ranch. Very disappointed in this arbys. Would get a refund but I don’t even want to go back. I prefer the one in catlettsburg than this one.

Arby’s has really stepped up their game recently in the fast food business. Loaded cheese fries, different type of salad sandwiches, chicken, etc. They even have warm cookies now! Great job Arby’s!
Inside: good, neutral colored vibe. Quiet.
At lunch time, nice staff and quick turnaround for food.
May not be the best restaurant to bring a big group to (25+) but, I’m sure the takeout would be great =)

The bacon is actually bacon. Not some weird concoction of who knows what.
Easily accessible drink and condiment station.

It was a nice clean place, with friendly staff. The only thing I noticed that was odd was there were no vents in the ceiling ducts that the heating and air condition come from in the dining room. Blowing onto the tables where you eat. Kind of seemed a bit unsanitary blowing directly on people’s food.

The food was good and the employees were really nice and patient. We are in the restaurant which was very clean except for the trash cans being full. The cashier was very fast and good at her job however it was very slow getting our food especially since we were the only ones there when we arrived. However it was an overall good experience.

My son was in the local hospital. I stopped to get a beef n cheddar. The nastiest sandwhich I’ve ever had. The roast beef was over cooked in the microwave. Which is uncalled for. The fries were old. Just nasty!! Do better crew.

SUPER NICE STAFF!! This local can be a little tricky to get in and out of a certain times of the day. Regardless, the staff is nice, food is fresh and my sandwiches always comes out looking as good as the picture on the menu. Been to just every Arby’s in the the area….this location is far superior to others.
