Went through the drive-through told me he would bring my food out and then forgot about me and then got upset because I asked for my food and told me I was a Karen. I felt like it was ghetto and I felt like I was nice waiting 45 minutes for my food that they forgot about.i wasn’t rude and this location needs to do better.
Had to update after looking at my food. Pizza is flat on half. 3 flat doughy “bread sticks” for 6 dollars and half a thing of sauce. Trash.

This is the first time I’ve been here, I believe in giving second chances. YOU WONT GET A THIRD, Manager very rude, suggested i was saying different orders. I tried to explain the oder, she tried to add extra payment. Until you change managers Me and my family, coworkers will never come here again. I have never had to deal such rudeness from anyone.

I ordered 14 pizzas for an office luncheon about 45 minutes before we needed them. When I walked in they were already done, no waiting! Fast and efficient! The guy even helped me carry them out. Usual good, quality pizza!

Extremely poor service. We ordered well ahead of time. Ran errands and arrived later than the it being “ready” and STILL waited another hour to get our pizza. Literally got OUT my car in the drive thru to go inside see what’s going on. Employees talking and chit chatting, audibly cursing and carrying on. Customers not being tended too. Waited a while in lobby no one ever came. Finally got in my car and waited even longer to finally get my food. Very unprofessional and once again another establishment pushing people away from Portsmouth!

What a horrible experience at what I thought used to be a good spot to get some good “pizza pizza”. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, which I had already placed the order in the app. I get my pizzas, they smell good all the way home. But then I open to find raw dough pizza all smuched together, an over done thin crust and Italian bread that should have been taking out the oven 5 minutes or more earlier. This is so sad and will not be coming back to this place ever again, rather have a frozen cardboard pizza….

We always get the extra most bestest cheese and order ahead and it is always great. I personally have never waited more than 10 mins for my food and it’s been when they are hella busy.
I do agree with other reviews that their garlic cheese bread and crazy bread tend to lack seasoning and as such we have stopped ordering those items. They did remove the thin crust option from online ordering and I wish they would put it back so I didn’t have to order over the phone.
For what I’m sure is an over worked and underpaid team they make some good pizza and the staff has always been pleasant. Overall I would recommend, especially compared to the Dominos and Chanellos.

A few of the new mgmt team are very nice, but the new mgmt overall must be terrible cause they have gone through 3 GM’s in about 1.5yrs that I’ve lived in the area. I think that speaks to the character of the DM and all the upper mgmt.
Had to give them a 2nd chance and we got an undercooked, lught cheese pizza (we ordered a cheese pizza) but not what we got and the mgmt would not even let us bring it back for a new pizza. I hope this place gets shut down with how bad the new company has brought down this place.

I’m not a review leaver. But I had to this time. I moved to portsmouth in 2016 and little Caesars is a regular for me. I have a young daughter and I am an active duty single mom.. so yes we eat a lot of pizza. I can’t say I have ever gotten bad pizza here but it’s definitely just something that’s cheap and fast. But lately!! LATELY…. I want to give the new manager his props. I’m not even sure if he’s the manager but he be all over the store.. at the window… making the pizza… cashing people out and he is always friendly and in a good mood. BUT the quality and taste of the pizza is the best it’s ever been. I just wanted to give this brother his props because he turned that store around. Y’all better do whatever to keep him! I don’t know his name but he has a tattoo on his face. You’ll know him when you see him because he going to be running circles around that store ☺️

I’d give them zero stars if I could still write a post but this is the worst location to get Little Caesar’s. I’ve had frustrating experiences here before but I keep giving them a chance, not anymore. Pulled up to the drive through, first of all it’s so quiet that you have to strain to hear the person. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I was the second person in the drive thru and only one car parked in front of the store and he was heading inside. Waiting for my pizza and to pay, 10-15 min go by and no one even comes to the window or anything. Irritated at this point so I drive back around to communicate again with the employee. I inform him that I’ve been waiting and no one has showed up. He says he is only one person and there are people before me, i see more cars have pulled up to the front and instead of going in order of people that show up, he helps them first and leaves me hanging. Unprofessional, and horrible service. Definitely not hot or ready at this location.
