I saw a review about mold and wanted to defend one of my favorite stores. That “mold” is a piece of plastic. It is part of the pump. What mold is bright blue anyway?

Heads up: Make sure if you order food off of their website and not a third party that you choose a time to pick it up. Otherwise they will just make it and it sits unlike the other restaurants when you choose the drive through for pick up….what waste love melted shakes and cold food but it’s my fault for assuming it would not be made till I showed

I need to edit my review to include the newly renovated dining and exterior store changes.
The transformation didn’t take long and the giant white columns brighten up the exterior
A lot. Looks like new landscaping and a change in the physical look of the dining area was a plus for this location. I like the way the menu is displayed. And by the way what a menu they have.
Just so you don’t forget if you like your service and food , ring that bell to the left of the counter. Good eats everyone.

They were extremely nice employees, however I had specifically asked for the jalapeños to be off the fryer because I have an extreme eating disorder called ARFID, along with Autism. If fried things, or fried chicken isn’t fresh to me it taste like a soggy mattress. The fries while I dont mind them to be old was stale enough that I only ate half cause my teeth were hurting with how stale they were. The employees were extremely nice and even though it looked not busy from the outside they had us wait a few minuites before taking my order. I know from experience how busy a store can be even with no cars out front, I wasn’t frusterated about the wait but more of confused if the order taker was getting my order. It was a male, and he never asked me any question other than what I wanted to eat, so I didnt even know if he was taking my order cause it also was not showing up on the screen.
I do want to mention that I did ask them for no onion on my sandwhich AND extra tomato, they didnt put the extra tomato and I had to pick off the onions. It makes the sandwhich taste off if there’s only one tomato, and even if an onion is on a sandwhich and I can pick it off it still often leaves that onion taste that I don’t want on my turkey bacon ranch sandwhich.

Fish sticks are back. Very good freshly made. Not greasy, or a heavy breading on them. Get them while you can. Crinkle fries are ok. Fish better.

I’m not one for writing bad reviews. Usually, I stick with promoting the good ones. We’ve been through the drive-through here plenty of times, and It’s about the average fast-food experience.
There are missing Items here and there, or the food is cold, but it’s fast food. I won’t complain much about that.

This last time we ventured inside to eat, while we were waiting, you could hear sounds in the kitchen of workers complaining about having to make things. While looking around, I noticed the sauce dispensers packed with mold. (Picture for reference). When the food came up on the tray I asked for sauce packets to avoid using the dispenser. The worker seemed annoyed by this request and pointed me to the dispensers. I pointed out the mold problem and requested the packets again.

After sitting down with the food, we noticed that all the food was cold. The turkey club was still frozen in the middle, the fries were cold, and the roast beef was cold.

After realizing how poor quality everything was and the sanitary issues. I requested a refund, and it was angrily issued with lots of attitude about the situation. Also, they claimed no mold was in the dispensers and that they were cleaned daily, even without them coming out and looking at them.

I would leave it all alone and just be happy with the refund. After waiting a week, though, I still felt compelled to write this review as I’m doubting the sanitation issues have been rectified or looked into and the public should know what they are getting.

We will no longer be returning in the future. Which I know isn’t a massive loss in the business, but I won’t be able to update with the sanitation issues. Hopefully someone can write a review if this has been rectified

I showed up here at 4:35 pm. Waited about 5 minutes, I could hear the workers talking but they made no attempt to come to the register. I even said “hello…”. So I went next door to KFC and got food

Came at 11:20pm (40 minutes to close) fully expecting to get some chicken that’s been sitting around for an hour+ very happy to wait a few extra minutes for fresh. Fries not fresh sadly, overall above expectations for that time of night. Glad I can get some hot food after work.
