Pretty shocked by this eating experience. I had only tried Panda Express (different location) one other time, but didn’t order the right thing I guess.
While it’s not fine dining, it was fresh and tasted good. They made a fresh batch of power greens since they were out.

I came here 12/22/25 for lunch, and they had a new person working the window who kept repeating messing up my order. I told him I wanted the Plate (2 entrees, 1 side), 1 egg roll, and a glass of water. He told me $17.20. I kept asking why it was so expensive all of a sudden. When I got my receipt, he had charged me for an extra entree of sesame shrimp (not once did I even say the word shrimp). So then he goes back to check the order (mind you I paid in cash). He then brings me another receipt saying he refunded me. I asked him did he refund it to an imaginary card, because I just handed him cash, and he handed me the change back in cash not more than 20 seconds ago. Then he walks back again, and brings me back the difference of what I was charged (for whatever the reason). But that was all highly stressful, and I definitely won’t be back.

I came through the drive thru window tonight , 1-12-26, around 6 pm , it was busy , however they messed up me and my wife’s order which was two bowls , one with fried rice one with super greens , one with pepper steak one with orange chicken . They upcharge me a 1.50$ for the pepper steak and literally put les than a 5 tiny pieces of steak in my wife’s bowl and also put the steak with the wrong side as well as the orange chicken. I’m more upset about having almost no pepper steak in her bowl and paying extra for a meal that’s advertised as is.

So I just came through the drive-through. The gentleman took my order. He handed me my drink, and there was barely any ice in there and I asked for more ice and he was rushing telling me to please pull forward basically leave because his higher ups are there, and I honestly felt bad for the guy and just seeing how uncomfortable he was and telling me to please pull forward which in my opinion is wrong. Nobody should be rushing anybody’s food just because they’re higher ups there. I won’t be back to this location.

I ordered the steak and shrimp and when I got home to eat my order was straight veggies. The service was so bad management is awful and disrespectful I think her name was Kim and she was rude. The workers in the back were the only nice ones they are the true workers.

The staff were very friendly. it was my first time the food was great. The restaurant was very nice trying panda express and turned out to be amazing. The food was great. The restaurant was very nice and clean as well. Great experience.
