I do like Chick-fil-A but I have learned that I only appreciate certain items and their breakfast is way better than the rest of the menu!
We got a couple of grilled chicken sandwiches with the waffle fries and they were not our faves by far.

I had a wonderful experience at the Chick-fil-A in Annandale. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A — delicious and consistently high quality. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the service was impressively fast.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about creating a great experience for their customers.
The restaurant itself was also very clean and well maintained. The tables were spotless, and the dining area felt comfortable and organized. Another big plus is that there are plenty of parking spots, which makes stopping by quick and convenient.
Overall, a great place to grab a meal with excellent food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Usually, I stay away from Chick-fil-A simply because of the wines and not really needing to go there for food in general. However, every once in a while, we like to “splurge” or if we’re in the middle of errands, we might need a quick pick me up to keep going. I’m actually amazed how well they’ve gotten this location set up considering the size of that whole plot which is pretty small but somehow they’ve done it. This location is way better than the Springfield location and I would definitely come here more often. The other location makes you questioning your decisions. Oh lastly, the food is pretty on point. It’s consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand. And I just did the pick up through the drive-through option and once again I am pretty amazed how smoothly that went. After a few minutes waiting I got my food and I was able to get out. Thanks team!!

There was a Chick-Fil-A employee in our area, that took great care of us as wiping our table, and she knew exactly what we needed (getting us a bag for our leftovers without asking)! We had dinner at Chick-fil-A with my kids and my sister, and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and enjoyed by everyone. What really stood out was the amazing service you can truly feel that the staff want to serve and care about their customers. They were kind, patient, and welcoming, especially with the kids. Great food, great service, and a wonderful family atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

To be honest, I ate here once, and the chicken had a little blood and a fishy smell, but I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Afterwards, I got salmonella because of their sometimes terrible food. However, I didn’t want to cause them any trouble because of their good service and politeness. But to be clear, my friend went there and was insulted by a female employee. He almost got into a fight with her if I hadn’t intervened. Please improve the food quality and ensure that customers are treated with respect and patience. I used to like this restaurant, but not anymore

A bunch of kids taking my order while in drive thru, the girl was talking to her coworkers and laughing in my face while taking my order. It was very unprofessional and I didn’t get any of the sauces I had asked for and mind you I ordered a 30 piece nugget meal. Get yourself together.

I really do like this Chik fil A because the food is always fresh and hot. The service is great. However, I felt like I had to write this review because in almost 90% of my drive thru experiences and mobile orders what I order and what I receive is incorrect. I have started checking all my items before I pull off because I am always given atleast 1 incorrect item.
