20 dollars for 3 piece chicken and fries with famous bowl. What a expensive price. Then the chicken in the bowl was so small.
The famous bowl was small not worth 8 dollars. You only get a little scoop of fries.

I’m pleasantly surprised with size of chicken you get with a classic or spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion, KFC (at least this one in Alliance) ranks highest for fast food chicken sandwich.
I won’t lie, I haven’t had great experiences with their fries being super flimsy, and I’ve had poor quality/greasy chicken legs here in their bucket options. So now I completely avoid those. BUT that’s just based on my experience. Overall, good flavor, kind service, positive experience, and #1 pick for a quick chicken sandwich.

I was really impressed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered on the app & I forgot to put biscuits on the order. When I got to the window I asked the gal if it would be a problem for me to add a box of biscuits. She let me know that since my food was late and I had to pull forward & wait, not to worry about it – she would set me up. She sure did set me up! :-)
She went above and beyond just because I had to wait an extra 3 minutes.
The biscuits were a little hard but the rest of the food like coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, fries, and chicken- it was all really good.
I didn’t realize until I got home that she forgot to bring my drink out when she brought my bag of food. But it was freezing cold and they seemed very understaffed so no judgment whatsoever.
I would go back there and order again for the service alone. The prices are definitely high for chicken. It’s a real shame but I think their days are numbered because they’ve pretty much outpriced themselves for the area. But many thanks to the sweet gal who hooked me up! She deserves a job doing customer service work at a place where she’s appreciated. She’s utterly fantastic. I wish I knew her name but I don’t remember.

10/13/25 we stopped on the way home to get dinner. Ordered online went inside to pick up. Almost fell coming back outside because their entrance way is uneven. Other than that the chicken, mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw were amazing. But they SERIOUSLY need to fix the parking lot and entrance way!!!

Went and picked up a 16 pc family meal. KFC was dark at 815 the sign was not lit. The price is absolutely ridiculous. I could’ve went to texas Roadhouse and got steak. Secondly, I got home with it and the chicken was tough like it had been under the heating lamp for hours. I don’t know where they got the legs and wings from probably a pigeon for all I know given the size. Not very satisfied and feel like they went downhill

this place SUCKS the workers suck and they always mess things up. If you hate your job so bad get a different one. First of all we got hot wings they gave us bbq, then we got hot honey chicken tenders they gave us bbq tenders we also got a famous bowl with the wrong gravy. Like how do you mess up an entire order.

The wait is the only bad part but even its not usually that bad. I have never once had bad food here and they always have my order right. Store is always clean and staff are always friendly. No complaints from me at all.

Be careful in the parking lot. There are huge pot holes. Check your food before you leave. Didn’t get some of my order.

Food was ok but the service was terrible.
Waited at the speaker for over 30 sec without a greeting. When I finally said something the person answered actually abruptly “Go ahead when you’re ready”. I could tell the man was very distracted and my passenger had to repeat the same thing 4 times for him to get it. When we arrived at the window the gentleman at the window (not the one taking my order) was actually working hard. However I could see everyone else was standing around talking including the person who took my order. After watching them talk rather than make our food the nice gentleman at the window asked us to pull up. The were no cars behind us they were just too busy talking
