The food is good, hookah’s good, and the venue is good. The service is good. Our server Lisa was super friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that the music is too loud. The sound quality is poor. There is a huge speaker in the corner blasting. It sounds like a loud car stereo but 50 times worse. I’d go back but am looking for another hookah lounge where I can also talk to my people.

Servers weren’t attentive to customers. My boyfriend and i had to get up to find them when we wanted to order. Lots of flies in the building so they landed on our food. The music stopped on many occasions. I would not recommend this place. They definitely need more professional people working here and to work on there cleanliness

I went for a party to Fire N Ice with few friends. I am starting off with a minus mark for this place.
The party was supposed to start at 7 PM. We reached around 9 PM and still could see people standing in the queue wanting to get in. We were made to stand out even though it was raining. Not sure if this is always the case.
The place is spacious with 2 floors. The DJ is good and so is the food.
The attraction of the place is the Hookah bar which is also nice.
The party ended much before the mentioned time and we all were forced to go out of the place.
The owner should start to consider people going there as customers who paid their money.

Nice atmosphere, crowd and music. Drinks are priced fair but the building needs major updates. Only bathroom is downstairs and there are only 2 stalls. Looks like they haven’t put any money into the building at all ever! With a $20 entry fee I expected a better facility.

one of the best Hookah bars in the locality. Taking one star away for the seating arrangement which can be improved, but is not too bad either. The belly dance performance is usually good and entertaining.
There is some inconsistency in the cover charges.. the attendant at the gate charged more than what we were told when we had called the place before coming, but we all know such things happen everywhere, don’t we.

I have been going to this place every time I come to Jersey. They have great hookah to compete. I enjoy the entertainment and ambience on first floor the most! It took years to realize they have a second floor for younger crowds with relaxing decor! Check it out people! Bartenders and security are very accommodating.

It’s really nice and clean. It’s a good athmosphere to spend time relaxing, dancing ect. I give a 3 stars only because the entrance fee is too much. $20 at the door just to get in that’s crazy otherwise i would it give a 5 stars. By the way the server was really time and helpful.

I love Indian music, but this hookah bar didn’t serve hookah. The sign at the entrance said only “no seating guaranteed” but said nothing about no hookah guaranteed. When we came up, we were given the run around for 37 minutes until they finally gave us the $15/person cover charge back
