Chinese New years called for dumplings and this place did not disappoint. They make the noodles fresh daily and you can watch them Do it, which is super cool. Super fast service, extremely friendly and prices well. Contemporary cool chic look and vibe. We even showed up 20 minutes before closing and they had no problem with it! Will recommend and be back!

The Shang Beef Noodle soup is amazing, and the chicken stir fry is as good as they come. The noodle making is entertaining to watch, and the seating is setup in such a way that everyone can see how they make the hand pulled noodles. If you’re interested in appetizers, the pot stickers are the best I’ve ever had!

The service is always good. The food is superb.
I love the broth for their Shang Beef. Its rich but not overwhelming. The beef is easy to chew. Its tender. The cucumber salad with that peanut dressing is scrumptious.
If you want a filling and warming meal, order their Shang Beef Noodle.

I saw a YouTube short of this place at 3 am. I was there at 10:32 am. It opens at 10:30 am. The video spoke highly of the beef noodle soup and spicy wonton. That’s what I ordered. It was absolutely delicious. The soup broth was flavorful, the meat was tender and the noodles were yummy. I’m not a noodle aficionado, but they tasted great to me. I was impressed with a gentleman spinning the dough to make fresh noodles in the kitchen as I walked in. The spicy wonton was spicy, but not hot to the point I couldn’t taste flavor. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t hover. All in all yummy food. I’ll go back. Go!!

I’m sad I live in Prescott Arizona and they’re here in Las Vegas. But the next time I’m up here this is definitely gonna be a stop that we will enjoy eating it. The service is fabulous. It’s very clean organized fast. Excellent portions excellent prices.

Fried rice was excellent as it was flavorful, well-balanced, and not greasy. The chicken noodle dish was fresh, comforting, and clearly made with care. Honestly, it tasted even better the next day, which says a lot about the quality of the ingredients and the noodles themselves.
Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. Solid portions, great texture, and the kind of food you look forward to finishing later. Shang Artisan Noodle is a place I’d happily return to.

Seafood noodles and spicy pork belly noodles. Noodle texture excellent. Broths were in the “broke da mouth” category.

I love this place. Food is delicious. Waiting line is the only concern. Good thing is this location’s waiting line is a lot less than the original location.
Food: Taiwanese Beef Noodle is my favorite. Soup is flavorful and the beef is soft. This location is about 5% saltier and 15% more noodles than the original location.
Service: better than a typical Chinese restaurant. Staffs are nice but there are a rush feeling to it as they are very busy.
Atmosphere: nice and new decoration. Nothing really outstanding.

Everything was great with a lot of flavor. I would definitely recommend the pork belly noodles. The broth is unbelievable. This is the best i have tried yet. I would also recommend the pork dumplings they taste amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is i didn’t really like the cucumber salad. The cucumbers were fresh and cruncy. However, I didn’t like the peanut butter sauce they used on it other than that everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for sure.
