I think this will be my last visit to this particular Sonic for some time. They’re always extremely understaffed and I’m having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes every time I place an order, regardless if pre-paid or not, drive-thru or carhop. I was told today that they are currently not taking any orders, on a Sunday afternoon. But I’m stuck since I ordered ahead online. They aren’t responding to anyone in the drive thru window. I placed the order at 2:12pm, it’s now after 2:40pm, nearly 30 minutes, I’m still waiting. If you like Sonic, I recommend visiting a different location than this one. Management – please do a better job of staffing this location. You’re losing a lot of great business. And you’re putting much undue stress on your staff. I did also contact the phone number you provide on all reviews to escalate. I was informed this feedback will be going to the local franchise owner as well as corporate. Update at 3pm: Sadly, we ended up getting all cheeseless or mostly cheeseless mozzarella sticks too. I’m sure likely due to either freezing the mozzarella sticks or incorrect cooking temperatures. My reason for leaving this review is to correct the staffing issue at this Sonic. The ask of the local franchise owner is to either better staff or look at shutting down this location.

This will be our last visit to this sonic. So far I’ve been waiting for 30min for 4 soft drinks. Last week I waited over an hour for hamburgers. While the servers are kind they are chronically understaffed and unable to do anything in a reasonable amount of time.

Came here on Sunday around 11ish: Drive-thru was slow, but food was fresh! Order was all correct and the cheese was melted on my burger. I can’t say the same for other Sonic locations in the area.

Worst corn dogs I have ever seen and tasted – honestly I didn’t even want to try it but I was really hungry. The first corn dog I got was so dry, withered and old, the weiner was sticking out at the tip – and it was black. I should’ve taken a pic but the waitress took it. She was very nice and even gave me an extra corn dog but unfortunately I will not be getting anything other than a diet cherry lemonade – EVER again. Too many gross items that I have received in the last two years. Sonic you need to do better.

Hi! Understaffed so only drive thru. Trashes overflowing. Pay .30cents for extra cherries per milkshake and they forgot then brought me 1 cherry for each shake. The cup costs more than the cherry they supplied. What is life!? I’m so annoyed cause I baked in my car for 30 mins waiting and then they got it wrong and then I waited longer then I got ONE EXTRA CHERRY! Whhhhyyyyyyy Is this like this?!

I was in line for 30 minutes I was waiting to say my order but no one said anything on the intercom there was one person at the drive thru at the window and they was just talking for 30 minutes. I love Sonic but this location sucks. To the owners you need to have a meeting with them it wasn’t busy at all the time I came was 3:30 but I will not be coming to this location ever again and I will make sure my family doesn’t ether.

Pushed the order button at 10:30, waited, no one took our order, pushed it again, finally somebody on the intercom responds at 10:45 saying they can’t take our order because they close in 10min. 30 minutes should’ve been enough time. They weren’t busy. Sounds like they did it on purpose to not have to take our order at all.
